Excellent. The driver was easy to find and very helpful. Our flight was late so were were worried about possible delay - no delay though. He was there. He also was mindful to get the hotel address from us to take us to the right place. After an 18 hour flight, that was much appreciated.

Dorothy was on time, patient while we converted $$ to ZAR, and provided an interesting commentary on the sights as we traveled from the airport to Sandton. And, it turned out we didn't have to share and had a private transfer! You might be as lucky as well!

Our transfer was there and waiting for us when we arrived, even after us being late by almost an hour.
The driver was great. However, his information was bad. He was told that I was a group of 12 and he brought a big van with a trailer for luggage. I am only one and this caused some confusion since he was sure that I was missing 11 companions.
Efficient and polite service. Though may be a bit pricy.
