The tour was great! I took my parents and aunt on this 4 day private tour and we had an amazing time. Ahmad our driver and guide was very nice, helpful, well informed and spoke good English. Due to the snow and the icy road conditions, we didn’t make it to Wadi Rum and so Ahmad took us to Madabar and Mt Nebo instead. We appreciated the flexibility offered from such private tours. I also liked the fact that the travel agency was calling from time to time to check that everything was OK (as the roads were icy and slippery). I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone heading to Jordan.

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Shadi our tour guide was an absolute star! Nothing was too much trouble. We mixed things up and went to the Dead Sea, we changed plans so we stayed in wadi rum. Just brilliant. I've travelled a lot and I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely awesome!

This was a wonderful experience as we had a limited time in Jordan due to other commitments and we certainly got to see as much as possible crammed into the time we had. We had a fantastic driver who spoke excellent English, drove impeccably (very important!) and balanced perfectly the correct amount of info, conversation and peace and quiet we wanted during our trip. The hotels were great and we added another night at the airport Tulip hotel, which was excellent value, independently. Petra lived up to expectations. Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea were also great. The food that was included was excellent and we had perfectly timed comfort stops. There was none of the usual attempts to take us to places that sold souvenirs, indeed I had to specifically ask to be taken to a carpet shop as this was something which I had planned to purchase and I felt I got a good deal. Jordan is a great country and don't be put off by the problems in Syria. It's the best time to visit at the moment as you can have the sites virtually to yourself. Amman is also a very nice city which we explored independently and we also caught a taxi to Jeresh which is not to be missed and again virtually deserted. We were two women travelling together and felt comfortable and safe at all times. However if it is your first time in the Middle East it may come as a culture shock but less so than other nearby countries. HIghly recommended and would use Viator to organise future travels.

Tour guide was awesome, he was extremely informative, friendly and really helped us to get the most out of our time there. He spoke excellent English and had a great sense of humour. We were able to tailor our tour with our driver a little to suit our interests. Highly recommend this tour - was a good amount of things to do without feeling overstretched and the hotels were very comfortable and the meals provided were great. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We went during Ramadan, and I would not be put off by going during Ramadan - although I did feel very sorry for our guides at times when they couldn't drink any water on a 40 degree day!

Driver Hassan was very knowledgable and made us welcome in his country. Wadi Rum was better than expected we did Petra by night at his suggestion and it was well worth it also spent good half day walking about Petra. Dead sea was quite an experience. I suggest that you follow and accept driver guide suggestions to make the most of your trip they know how to provide the best experience .

Well, it couldn't have been any better! I loved it. The guides, sightseeing, all good English speakers and knowledgeable of the history of the places. Special thanks to the driver, very responsible, kind and patient. Thank you Viator for providing me another great experience. I certainly recommend it.

We had a fantastic guide who was flexible, knowledgeable and very proud of his home country. Great way to see an amazing country in just a few days!
We changed our itinerary to skip Wadi Rum so that we could have maximum time at the Dead Sea. Would have been a long day of driving and only a 20min dip in the Dead Sea if we had decided to do Wadi Rum. Just means we will have to go back one day.
Highly recommend this tour to all!

Jordan is a place I recommend everyone to visit! This tour gives a good sampling of the highlights of the country. If you have any extra time, I also recommend the optional tour of Jerash. The accommodations were nice, the tour guides very knowledgeable, and the sights were amazing. We had a great driver who also shared with us much of what Jordanian life is like. We did run into a little miscommunication with the tour company and were overcharged, but as soon as we contacted them, they quickly got back to us and fixed the problem.

Absolutely amazing tour, Shaadi, our driver was a delight, he took care of all our needs and helped customise the tour even further when we were there, and gave us good impartial advice on things. Only complaint is about the Amman hotel. The hotel gave us a very low quality room the first night...not even 2 star! But on our second night, they gave us a better room. Though we wouldnt rate the hotel as 4 star anyway, it was a 3 star hotel at best. The Petra hotel was much better and we enjoyed staying there. Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea visits were incredible, though the more interested tourists may want a longer visit to petra...we certainly wished we had 2 days to see it fully. We added the Jerash half day tour on our 4th day, and its well worth a visit, one of the best preserved roman ruins anywhere in the world. We added short visist to little petra and mount nebu as well once there. They can be passed over if you are short of time, but do ask your driver to point out the 'promised land, enroute to the dead sea!
In terms of the country, we found the changing landscapes fascinating, the locals friendly, and the food delicious...do try the local stuff.
Overall, excellent holiday and well organised, hassle free tour, will strongly recommend.

My husband, my sister and I had a fabulous trip through Jordan on this tour. The Kings Way hotel in Petra was great but our experience in the hotel in Amman. Arena Space, was terrible. It was a four star so we expected something better than ok. As there were three of us we had a room with two king singles and a roll- away bed, which is not adequate when paying a full adult price. We asked them twice to put bedding on it and even then it had no pillow case on a very grubby pillow. When we returned to Amman after being in Petra we had a room with three singles, and bedding but although the sheets were clean the bed spread was disgusting and grubby. Luckily it was hot. The food at the hotel was average, so we went across the road to Oil and Vinegar and it was delicious. On a more positive note the country, the people and the sights were amazing. If you are short on time as we were then this is a must do trip. Even longer would have been better so we could have stayed with the Bedouin in their tent at Wadi Rum.
