Everything was great. I just thought that we were getting lei's upon arrival. I am not sure when it became optional, but that was the only confusion. Our return ride to the airport was contracted out to Pono Taxi and we had the best driver and one of the most honest guys that we could have ended our trip meeting. Thank you for that.
This was so easy to book on line. When I walked through the door to collect my luggage, I was greeted immediately with a great big ALOHA. My luggage was picked up and placed in the van. A very pleasant ride to Poipu as well as on my trip back to the airport. I would definitely do this again. Great Job!!!

Since I was meeting family member arriving later in the evening and they had a rental car - I needed transportation to my hotel - round trip- your service was not only less expensive than a taxi but much more personable

A first class service and most welcome after a grueling 16 hours of travel from CT. Immediate recognition and greeting from hostess in the baggage area and transfer to taxi was flawless. Return trip to airport was equally flawless.

Pleasant and ontime. Greeting was friendly, I thought I had booked for the party to be given a Lei on arrival, may have been a mistake on my point as we did not recieve one.
My connecting flight to Lihue, Hawai'i, left without me due to my original plane's 2 hour delay. I needed to wait for the next inter-island flight. Despite the late arrival in Lihue, my ground transporation representative was there to greet me with an Aloha embrace and the assurance of getting me to my hotel without a hitch! Good job!
An excellent service especially for Kauai - I would recommend it to anyone.
No-one knew that we would be arriving which was extremely annoying. However, the representative who met us could not do enough to make sure we got the service we deserved.
