Excellent!!!! Our guides TJ and kanoah were really friendly and knowledgable. This was enjoyed by all our family
Tracy, Drake. Hollywood are some really cool guys. They all made us feel safe and made us laugh at the same time. This experience was different than most excursions I had heard of and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you to everyone!
This was the best thing we did! The guides were the absolute best. It is super funbut super layed back. The perfect leisure adcenture!
This was so much fun! The guides were super nice and kept us entertained. Riding the tubes was a one of a kind experience.
Tubing was really fun! The guides were very friendly, safety conscious, and knowledgeable.
The tubing tour was great and our tour guides were excellent! I would highly recommend this tour great for family's!
Our Instructors were Awesome helpful, professional, knowledgeable. Most important funny. The tubing experience was hands down two thumbs up Fun... Fun... Did I say Fun! We loved it and recommend to everyone to do it.
This tour was a blast! When we got done, we wanted to repeat it immediately. We were warned repeatedly about the water being cold, but it was refreshing and we got used to it quickly. The age range for the group was 11 - 70+ and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The guides were young, but experienced, competent, and attentive. The guides were all very charismatic and enjoyable, too. We laughed and had a spinning good time! Be sure to wear sturdy water shoes and a long-sleeve water shirt would be a good comfort item. (There are some rough sides in the tunnels and long sleeves would protect your elbows.) Also, you can bring a change of clothes as there are changing rooms at the end of the water ride. That way you can be dry and comfortable for the tasty sandwich lunch at the end. We plan to travel back to Kauai just to repeat this fun activity!
Chelsea and Andy were our tour guides in the van. Their information along the trip was both humorous and interesting. Beautiful countryside. The tube trip down the irrigation canal was fun and exciting. The tunnels were so cool to float through. The rock formations were amazing when you realize they were hand dug. The whole team on the water was very attentive and made sure we all had fun. The lunch was very good, too. Definitely a terrific adventure!
What a great tour! Even with rain this was so much fun - good for all ages. Tour guides Eric and George were some of the best we have ever experienced anywhere. The history of the tubing is also fascinating. We learned lots about the Garden Isle, the ranch the tubing is on - and some great recommendations on food. We tried them all and they were right on! Kauai Backcountry know what they are doing.
Absolutely loved this - so much fun. Definitely bring along a wetsuit or rash vest if you have one - the water is really cold!
The tubing was lots of fun and a perfect activity for an individual or group. The guides were energetic, professional and made sure that we all had the best time possible. It was an afternoon of tubing through picturesque Kauai topped off with a fabulous picnic lunch. The only thing that would have made it a better experience would have been a warmer water temperature and a bit of sunshine - neither of these things are able to be controlled.
It was a nice trip down the canal and mostly tunnels. The water is cool, but not bad at all. Did not notice the water once we started on the trip. The guides were great.
It was a fun and interesting trip. We enjoyed the ride through the hand dug tunnels. The staff did a good job.
The tour guides were fabulous. The tubing adventure could have been a little more invigorating. The water did not move very quickly, it was more like floating than tubing down rapids. Was fun, but once was enough.
The tour in itself was great - The guide was knowledgeable and made the trip fun.
Unfortunately I was disappointed by Viator when my original date and time were not available.
I had booked 10 days or so before trip, and was informed the day before scheduled date, the requested date and time were not available - Connecting to Viator to reschedule was quite a hassle,
If the cost was lower I would say this is worth doing...
It was really fun and the experience in general is cool; however, most of the time you are in tunnels and the water isn't very warm so it's not really the morning floating in the sunshine like we had imagined.
Unless you have small children to entertain, I would not recommend this "adventure". The water is freezing in a rainy area, and you basically just float down a man-made path through some tunnels, which ultimately ends-thank goodness. I would definitely prefer to spend my money and time elsewhere.
