What You Can Expect
Witness Kauai's most incredible island pageant at a torchlit lagoon theater sprinkled with night-blooming flowers. "The Golden People of Hawaii" is a multi-cultural extravaganza showcasing the dance and song of all the lively ethnic groups that have called Hawaii home. This enticing international pageant features performances from Tahiti, Hawaii, China, Japan, the Philippines, New Zealand and Samoa. From impressive fire-knife performances to Asian lion dances, this show has it all! Excellent entertainment for all to enjoy!
This was our very first luau and it was great!! We will would absolutely book it again on our next trip!!
This was far more than just a Luau. We got a narrated tour of the grounds and gardens on a trolley, an explanation of how the pig is roasted, a great meal that was served in a very organized manner, followed by an entertaing show performed in a small outdoor auditorium.. I highly recommend Smith's Luau.
The food was outstanding and the show entertaining!
The food was wonderful and the people were very accommodating and gracious .

Beatuful grounds and excellent luau and entertainment
Wow! We really enjoyed this tour. The pilot, Brian, was awesome. When he spotted some whales he was determined to make sure that we saw them too. Way cool. It was an awesome day for a flight around Kauai.
It was what we needed... Even in the rain the staff made it work and the show was worth seeing. Banquet style dinning is never the preferred but the food was good as well. Everyone needs to see a Luau while in Hawaii, the Smith's family will make it worth your while.
Great food and a great setting. The entertainment portion of the luau was average based upon other luaus we have attended both on Kauai and other islands. However, the food and setting more than make up for the mediocre show. Also, we really loved the Imu ceremony and presentation by one of the Smith family members, nice touch.
