As I didn't have car hire for my trip to Kauai, it was great to have this door to door pick up and return to the airport. The driver was there waiting for me at Lihue airport - just out the door, around the corner. Instructions to find the driver were very clear. The driver taking me back to airport was a couple of minutes early (and it was a very early morning pickup) and I got to the airport in plenty of time. My contact with the office to confirm my booking was very courteous and efficient. I recommend booking via Viator as it is a much better deal compared to booking directly with the bus company.

Very good, friendly and on time
Was there at the airport when we arrived in Kauai and came in 5 minutes early when leaving there. Also turned up at the hotel in Honolulu nice and early to take us to airport. Very Friendly drivers and also told us some information about the areas we visited.

I recommend Viator very highly. I had a wonderful driver, who was prompt, careful, and informative about the island. With very clean and smoothly driven vans, fast door-to-door service, I'd use them again any time!
We changed our return time to the airport. Your driver came early and helped us greatly.
A good deal and worth the money. Van was clean and comfortable. Not rated higher because the van was not at the airport when I arrived and I had to call and then wait for it. Also, it was late in picking me up for the return.
