Shipwreck Snorkel and Wild Dolphin Encounter
The first stop of your Shipwreck Snorkel and Wild Dolphin Encounter cruise is the wild dolphin playground, where you’ll see dolphins swimming, feeding, jumping, courting each other, playing and, if you’re lucky, caring for their babies. Keep your eyes peeled over the side of the Echo – the dolphins love to swim right alongside the boat.
Then it’s on to snorkeling. You’ll be taken to a spot with the day’s calmest, clearest conditions, and you’ll receive sanitized snorkeling equipment and excellent snorkeling instructions. If the conditions are right, you’ll stop at a nearby shallow-water shipwreck, which has been encrusted over the years by a coral reef. Hop in for a snorkel or swim in clear tropical water, which is home to more than 600 species of colorful fish, coral and other sea life.
After snorkeling, replenish with a tropical fruit tray, snacks, soft drinks, ice-cold beer and wine (for guests 21-and-over) during the relaxing cruise back to Key West – all complimentary!

To celebrate our 47th Anniversary, my wife and I scheduled our Catamaran Echo adventure under the guidance and care of Captain Noah and Tess on March 10, 2013 at 1:30 pm. They were a great team who made the our afternoon the best experience of our stay in Key West. We were fortunate to have a sunny, brisk day with an excellent wind for sailing. Captain Noah and Tess' attention to detail, knowledge of the reefs, and smart tips for snorkeling exceeded our expectations to redefined "upscale service". We spotted several juvenile wild dolphons jumping close to shore and spotted a mature dolphin just off the bow enroute to the reef chosen for snorkeling. Water temp although in the low 70"s was perfect for snorkeling. My wife was less than 15 feet from a passing turtle ... and while snorkeling we were surrounded by schools of small yellow tail and angel fish curiously following our wake above the sponge fields. We plan to return to Key West and will definitely schedule another adventure with Catamaran Echo. Bring your camera and an your towels .. all other gear is provided and fitted for an experience of a lifetime.

Saw dolphins and had a great time. Crew was great. Little cool for me to snorkel but otherwise, was all I expected.
