The transfer was punctual and took me straight to the hotel.
As always the taxi was on there waiting on arrival. Used Viator for several transfers around Thailand without a hitch anywhere. Have already recommended the company as the service is spot on. Special thanks to Luan in Koh Samui whose welcoming smile, help and assurances during the Bangkok flooding was well appreciated.
Will use this company again on my next trip.

Excellent service our transfer to hotel was faultless on time and tour east representative came to our hotel following morning to give us some grate tips for our time in Koh Samui ,was not pushing for us to book tours through their company but gave useful information .

I thought the reviews on this site might be suspect but its all true, they were brilliant and although I booked for shared transport I had the mini van all to myself. Well worth the peace of mind.
Driver on time and waiting as promised, very helpful. Booking price is cheaper than airport taxis. Had a visit from a Rep' to discuss trips if required, no pressure and very informative. Booked return to airport. Again on time and with no problems. Will use again on next trip.
I booked 6 shared arrival and departures for my trip to Thailand. Everyone of them was excellent. The guide not only escorted me to the airport for departure but also ensured the booking in procedure went smoothly. On 4 of the 6 journeys I had the transport to myself. As well as the transport, the company arranged by Viator looked after me during my stay - offering trips and general advice. I would recommend them and, if travelling to the area again, I would certainly make them my first choice.

Our airport transfer vehicle was waiting in the pick up area of the airport as soon as we arrived off the plane in Koh Samui. As I had organised this over the internet from NZ I was a little anxious about whether or not anyone would be there when we arrived. However, there was a representative of the company waiting to explain what was happening and give us information on other sightseeing trips and services the company had to offer. This was very helpful as we did indeed use Tour East again for a snorkelling trip and to hire a vehicle to tour around the island. Our driver was excellent and the service very professional. I would not hesitate to use Viator again.

Very happy with Tour Operator - the transfer company for Phuket. Our flight to Koh Samui was cancelled due to floods & we called Tour operator and they swapped the transfer for us to a Phuket hotel. Also did the Cookinhg class thru them which was excellent.
Vehicle and driver waiting on arrival. Taken straight to the Resort Hotel. Good.
Was met as got out of airport, only me in bus, so first stop to my hotel. No problems, my hotel was very close to airport, though, so may have been cheaper to get a taxi. But really good service, no hassle.
