On time, clean air conditioned vehicle, driver new the route without assistance, I was the only passenger.

Excellent. We booked a shared transfer and got our own private van. This happened at all the stops in Thailand we booked with Viator. Excellent! The staff was always on time and very friendly.

I thought the reviews on this site might be suspect but its all true, they were brilliant and although I booked for shared transport I had the mini van all to myself. Well worth the peace of mind.

Normal promt service form Tour Asia but I would always recommend you check back with the Rep' at least 24 hours before you leave as twice now they have not contacted the otel or myself with the departure time. Never a problem as they call you back in minutes and the service is always spot on.
