The driver was on time and very considerate. He and his colleague ensured all our luggage was on board the van with smiles and helpfulness for the four of us (2 couples).At the airport they went beyond the call of duty by insisting they go through the complete checkout procedure with us all from passport clearance through luggage check through - all made easily and quickly because of their experience and local knowledge. They didn't leave until we had been safely seen through. This is the second time my husband and I have used Viator for transfers ( the first being in Bangkok last October) and both times the service has been faultless. I don't think we will ever consider another transfer service in the future as the best is hard to beat!!

The meet and greet was efficient. They had a name board with my name on it. The transfer was a van and I was the only one. Would recommend this. More expensive than a taxi however saves you hassle of getting one.
