reliable and comfortable
The transfer was smooth and perfectly on time...no complaints whatsoever.
I was told that I would be picked up at 5pm to get to the airport. On waiting in reception for half and hour I ended up getting the hotel staff to ring the local contact to find out what was happening. I then had to wait a further ten minutes until the car arrived. The rest of the journey was fine and I made my flight but didn't really need the stress.
