Sometimes felt rushed, very busy place. Our guide was excellent. Everyone should visit this place or one like it. I'm really glad I took this trip. You can't imagine the sheer scale of it all until you've seen it with your own eyes.

I was a little concerned to find that, although the paperwork clearly shows the tour operator, the tour was operated by a different organsiation. The possibility of this should have been made clear in the paperwork. Apart from this, the tour went well, although I found that the actual site was more sterile than I expected. One excellent thing was the headsets issued for the guided tour; we could clearly hear the guide without her raising her voice or having to compete with other guides. I certainly think this is a trip everyone should do. We need to be aware of the past, and individuals can make up their own mind.
