This was a very surreal experience. I don't even know how to describe the trip but I think that everyone should go if they have the opportunity, it is very worthwhile and serves as a haunting reminder as to what happened not so many years ago.
As for booking in advance, this worked very well for us and we were picked up right on time. As we decided to go on this trip on our first day we found it beneficial to book before we left as it doesn't then eat into any money you have with you and you don't have the hassle of trying to find out where to book the tours. Also on the journey home the guide offered us tickets to other tours such as the Salt Mines and as we were students we were given a 50 discount!! Everyone else was offered a 10 discount - not bad!
It was a very informative tour with guides who spoke excellent English. To see and hear what went on was an unforgettable experience. The transfers to and from the hotel were great. Thank you!

Harrowing but unbelievable what those poor people went through. Would recommend to everyone. Only wish that we could have had more time in the Birkenau Camp.

Extremely well organized. Everything was on time. The documentary on the coach was right for setting the scene. Our guide was excellent in every way. This is not a joyful day, but one that everybody should do. It was snowing all the time whilst there, which really concentrated the mind as to what the conditions were really like. I'd recommend the visit to everybody who can get there. The tour was also an excellent value for the money. Thank you.
