Knowledgeable guide handled with sensitivity. Good length of tour and logistics well managed.
An excellent tour guide led us through these sobering sites. Her knowledge and gravitas kept us all engaged and mindful of the horrors of these hellish places.
Very efficient organisation. An excellent tour guide who gave so much detailed information.
I booked a small tour of auschwitz for my husbands birthday as he is very intrested in ww2, from start to finish everythingwas well organised, our tour guide was fantastic ,he gave us lots of information, the tour itself was very emotional and if your in krakow you should make the effort to go you wont be disappointed but do take hankies
Really enjoyable tour. Minibus was prompt picking us up and the guide was very pleasant and informative.
Well wow talk about an experience...we all learnt about WWII in school and knew that millions of Jews died. But once I walked into the Auschwitz-Birkenau camps it really hit home the extent of how terrible it really was. It is impossible to fully comprehend the atrocities that occurred there, but after having walked through the buildings, seeing what I saw brought me close to tears. To see personal articles left behind of those who never managed to escape was very sobering. It is something everyone needs to experience, to understand the true extent of how terrifying the Nazis really were...
A well organised tour, comfortable bus, on time and welcoming, with a packed lunch included. The tour guide was exceptional and made the tour something special.
Awesome tour. Natalie think that is right was so well organized, friendly, great English, and informative. Her grandmother lived through these terrible times and told her about it. They picked us up at our hotel, guided us on the tour with headsets, great lunch provided couldn't eat it all, and back to our hotel after the tour was complete. Everyone should do this tour.
WOW! This tour was very powerful for sharing the horrors of the death camps at Auschwitz I and Berkenau Auschwitz II.
great tour, picked us up at the time they said the guide was informative and very helpful we were glad we got the early small tour as we beat both the heat and the large number of visitors that built up during the day. Geoff and Leonie New Zealand
We thought this tour was very well done. Our tour guide, Natalie, was knowledgeable and respectful.
This tour does have quite a bit of walking. It wasn't a problem for us, but if mobility is an issue, it could be difficult to keep up with the pace of the tour.
This was a well organised trip. Attention to detail was good. Pick up was spot on time and Discover Krakow even sorted out our vegetarian sandwiches. The tour guide at Auschwitz was very good - the headphones made the experience even better. Would recommend this.
A must if you are staying in Krakow. Well organised picked up and dropped off at hotel and pack lunch included. Tours at Auschwitz are conducted by Auschwitz tour guides - informative and deeply moving.
This was a very educational and heart wrenching tour. It's difficult to say we enjoyed it given the nature of what took place here yet the value of our understanding as well as our commitment to never forget so such a tragedy like this never occurs makes the tour a must.
R A H
Very interesting tour but a lot of the information was repeated over from the film clip
To the actual presentation. 15 minutes for lunch is way too short as they could have reduced
Some of the presentation to allow more time and wish I could wander more at some of the displays.
It was good. The guide was very knowledgeable. I liked that they picked us up from our hotel. They also gave us lunch.
A very moving and upsetting tour but a place that can't be forgotten! The tour guide was very knowledgeable.
