Great tour!!! It was very informative and covered all you would want to know about these places. It was very somber and hard to imagine that this really took place. A must do for any one who is interested in World War Two history.
It was a very moving experience and one if you are in Poland you should do. Agnes our tour guide was excellent very knowledgable and obviously very passionate about her job.
Viator I,m really happy with another trip that I have booked through yourselves. Was a bit unsure as my last trips were booked in America, but 1st class and will certainly book more when I,m in any other countries that you have trips there.
Keep up the good work.
Excellent tour highly recommended although heartbreaking, roughly six hours visiting both camps the guide and transport to and from the tour was excellent also, well worth the price.
I would highly recommend this tour picked up early on time arrived to meet the guide who was excellent at answering my numerous questions .She was a local polish lady who spoke excellent english her knowledge of the camps was excellent. The driver of the pick up was excellent funny and friendly .
I find it hard to say that visiting this place was fantastic because of its history however to gain an insight into what occurred here this is a must do. Now whenever the "camps" are talked about I will have a much better understanding of the reality because of my visit. As far as the tour itself went having the small group tour was excellent and having a quite delicious lunch provided was a nice addition. I would recommend this company with no issues
After seeing the large groups at auschwitz I am very glad I booked this tour,
Our guide was very professional cannot fault at all if you are going to visit here take this tour.
A profoundly moving experience. The tour leader was polite and helpful, and the pickup and transportation was well organised. The video presentation played on the bus on the way there, really helped to provide some context, as well as to help prepare us somewhat for what we were about to see at Auschwitz. The tour guide was also excellent, she handled what is a very difficult topic in a highly sensitive way, whilst really impressing upon us the extent of the horrors that took place there. I am so glad that I chose to do the small group tour, as it was more intimate, and gave us more space and time to take everything in, and we didn’t feel like we were being herded around.
Very moving and humbling tour...our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate...Im pleased we went on the small group tour and the early tour as well, our guide took the time to explain what is a very difficult and sensitive topic to us and answered any questions we asked. The tour gives you just a very very small insight into what conditions the prisoners lived in. We had the time to look and read the information in the blocks and try and imagine what this camp was like, im not sure if you went on a later tour you would be able to take your time to look and read all info and take in the surroundings as when we left Auschwitz approx. 11am it was extremely busy. This trip was an experience I am pleased we decided to go on even though it was and is an extremely sensitive topic.....unimaginable horrors
It is hard to find the right words to describe this experience, but I will try. Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was an experience I will never forget. I walked away from the camp with a much clearer idea of what life in the camps was like and at the same time a sense of humility and respect for those whose lives were taken away from them Our guide Martin was the reason for this. He was very well informed and insightful. I highly recommend this visit. It is time well spent. We can never forget.
Excellent tour. The transportation staff and tour guides were professional and very knowledgeable. Having a guide (Michael) who provided so much insight, anecdotes and history and really made this a moving experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
Very efficient transportation and a very nice driver who made our entry into the museum easy despite the crowds. Unfortunately, the video presentation shown on the ride to the museum was not working properly which meant that we missed major parts of what was a well chronicled story about the concentration camp. The tour was a small group which was really nice and our tour guide was amazing with her knowledge about the site. The lunch was good although we didn't get to eat it until the ride back because the guide wanted to get us through the tours ahead of the big groups - which was a good trade off. Overall, a beneficial experience to be on the tour at such a moving site and well worth joining the tour to see it!
Excellent tour. Highly recommend these folks. Even better than expected. Great transportation, knowledgeable guide, good lunch. Well done.
