Really great! Transport was taken care of very well and the tour was well-organised. Audio guides made it very easy to listen in on what the guide was saying. Money well spent!

Exceptional value for money. Transport was excellent and well co-ordinated. Guided tours were superb as were the guides. Absolutely worth the money.....whilst the subject matter is mindblowing in all the ways you can imagine and more.

Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and we really appreciated being picked up from our apartment. The use of their radio mic feeding to earphones was great as it meant we didn't have to listen carefully on top of other tour guides speaking. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, Auschwitz was a real eye-opener and it is still taking time for us to really comprehend the vast scale of the Birkenau camp. Great value for money we asked and looked around at other prices when we got to krakow and this was very competitive so would definitely recommend to others!

Good friendly staff, on time collections from pre arranged pick up points. Central drop off point in central Kracow on request. Do the 2 tours over 2 days as they are very different and quite a long day, too much for one day. Excellent knowledge from guides used at venues. Great value for money

The trip to Auschwitz in the morning, which is a heavy experience, contrasts with the afternoon Salt Mine tour which finishes up the day on a lighter note.

Great tour.. I didn't realise how interesting the salt mine tour would be. Obviously the visit to Auschwitz was scarring, but it was worthwhile. The guide was very informative.

Because this was our first time in Krakow, we booked the tours in advance. And we were not disappointed. The entire experience on both tours was excellent and superbly organised. For both tours we were collected from our accommodation on time and transported in comfortable coaches with excellent drivers and couriers. We opted for the early departure to Auschwitz/Birkenau and were glad we did because we were able to avoid the worst of the congestion caused by the huge number of groups who arrived later. Our guide was superb, delivering her commentary with knowledge, feeling and empathy. We had another excellent guide at the Salt Mines, who was not only knowledgeable, but demonstrated a sparkling sense of humour and had the ability to treat our group as valued and important to her. If you opt to book these tours, take them over two days, unless you are so pushed for time you have no alternative but to do them on the same day. But whatever you do, don't miss them - both are a 'must-do'.

I booked the tours online before travelling to Krakow. Hotel pick up's were on time with top quality bus transport and the tour guides were excellent. If you can, do the tours over 2 days. Our Auschwitz day was 7 to 7.5 hours from hotel pick up to return to hotel. We brought rolls and fruit and ate it when travelling on the bus. There is strict bag size control at Auschwitz and no food or drinks allowed to be carried around. The 2 hours at Auschwitz 1 is largely indoors and can be emotionally difficult to get through. The 1 hour at Auschwitz 11 - Birkenau is all outdoors so be prepared for the weather conditions expected. I consider a visit to Auschwitz is an essential part of a visit to Krakow .
The tour to the salt mines is a shorter and easier half day and well worth doing. The mine excavation area covered by the tour is quite extensive and the 300 steps down at the start are easy to do. I would recommend the 2 day Krakow Super Saver.

We booked these trips before travelling to Poland, we were met at the hotel on time on both days. The guide for our tour at Auschwitz and Birkenau was excellent and full of knowledge. The salt mines were interesting but the tour a little too long with the toilet stops. there was a problem with the guide as we could not hear what he was saying, he seemed too concerned about his hair to wear the microphone. I would recommend this joint tour

This tour was an absolute delight. It was so organised and so effortless on our part, that it was amazing. The guides absolutely were on top of their game and were very well informed about their subject the lady in Auschwitz was a historian and recommended all sorts of resource for the history enthusiasts and considering how much they do for you on this tour, the price is a bargain!

Recommend both tours. Pick up was on time, bus was comfortable and tour guides were very knowledgable. I would not recommend combining these tours on one day...there is too much to see and the experience is very different for the two events.

Fantastic! Communication via email was great and they were really flexible about changing the day of our trip. The minibus guides were excellent as were the guides we had at Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. Everybody had excellent English. I would definitely recommend this company to other travellers.

Excellent service once again but we have come to expect this from Viator.
The pick up from our apartment was prompt, the guide at Auschwitz was superb, both in information and tone, the link up instructions for the salt mine clear and honoured.
We are delighted with Viator and will, and are, continuing to use them.

Great value for money with the two trips incorporated into the price. However be warned the Auschwitz trip is more like a full day tour, we didn't get back until around 6pm. Auschwitz is a moving and memorable tour that has to be whilst the salt mines were very interesting. Pick up at the hotel was prompt and the tour bus was clean and comfortable. All of the staff are very polite

Both days were very well organised and enjoyable. The bus picked us up at the right time and the documentary we saw on the way to Auschwitz prepared us well for what to expect there. We were very fortunate to get the best, most knowledgable tour guides who knew a lot about the places, their history and talked very passionately about them. The tour was definitely worth every cent.

Extremely powerful experience. The minibus collected me from my hotel in Krakow and we were driven to camp1, where we were escorted around by a very knowledgeable guide. We then had a little time for lunch and to look in the bookshop before being driven to camp 2. The same guide escorted us around. There was plenty of time to see everything you needed to see and to visit the bookshop. The day lasted about 9 hours and was quite tiring.
