The mine was amazing! And our tour guide was wonderful. The tour operator was very efficient, picking us up on time and dropping us off near our hotel.

It is worth doing. Prepare your legs for lots of stairs and walking. Enjoy inhaling lots of salt.

Very well organised trip - from pick up at hotel to admission and handing over to guide. A most interesting and unique experience which I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Krakow. Staff very good.

A well-organised tour. The guide on board the coach was knowledgeable and helpful. The guide in the mine was also good. Would have liked a bit more time at the end of the tour to have a look round the kiosks and get something from the snack-bar in the mine - we were rather rushed-through that bit!

The tour was very interesting. However, if you are unable to climb stairs or walk a long distance, stay away from this tour.
