It was well worth the tour, but wish there was more time at the end to check out the few shops. It was a real workout too.

Very well organised tour. Good communication beforehand. Excellent tour guide and would be happy to use your company again and recommend you to others.

Pick up from hotel was on time. Once there the guide was excellent, as expected he spoke very good English and certainly knew his stuff.

An eye-opening experience."Must do" trip whilst in Krakow. It was the reason we went to Krakow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The length of the trip was long enough.

We didn't realise the first hour would be spent touring the hotels of Krakow or that the tickets would not be bought until we arrived at the mine. It was unfortunate we arrived just after a very large group so by the time we got into the mine it was very late. The tour was then rushed and we left the mine just as it was closing with no time to see the museum. If we had realised this might happen we would have opted for a morning tour.

The tour had too many people, and it felt too rushed. As I am small, I was always at the back and often saw nothing.

I would recommend making your own way there, only 10 minutes from Krakow. On a coach you spend more than one hour picking people up, then you are rushed through the caves without time to browse the stalls outside.
