This was a nice tour, taking in the Pewter Factory and the Batik store. The gold statue is amazing, as was the climb up the 272 steps. In the humidity, I was drenched by the time we finished, but it was worth it. The caves were interesting and we got to have photos with some of the cheeky monkeys along the way. Whilst not totally fascinating, I would say it is a must see on a trip to Kuala Lumpur, as it's only fifteen kilometers out of town.

The steps up to the caves was quite an experience. The caves were spectacular. Anyone with a spiritual sense should consider doing next time in Kuala Lumpur.

Very good tour.

Since this part of Malaysia is far from KL city center, I recommend that you book a tour online. This would be a lot easier since everything is planned out already. The caves look old and somewhat dirty - but then again, you know you're visiting a cave and not some museum. My suggestion is to wear comfortable clothes and slip ons - at the 100th step going up the cave you'll feel thankful you did!

This was a great tour, but I was tired, so I didn't get as much out of it. Our tour guide was very helpful.

This is definitely a place to see while in KL. Our tour guide was very good.

Had trouble confirming the booking and then rang and had to change as there was a Hindu festival on the day. It happens the same time every year so I would of thought they would of know about it. You need to be fit, there are a lot of stairs. I made it to the top but was disappointed at the amount of rubbish left up in the caves the monkeys are a bit nasty so be careful.

The tour could have been better. The trip to Batu Caves was marvelous, but the seemingly efficient and knowledgeable driver spoilt the whole experience by insisting on negotiating heavy traffic and bad weather to put us through a visit to a batik factory, which was very clearly a cover for coercing us to buy overpriced batik shirts shirts. Even though there were only four of us in the group, three males and one clearly uninterested female, the lady at the factory insisted on showing us 10 different ways of tying a silk scarf. We had planned to tip the driver handsomely for the first part of the trip, but changed our minds.

Our driver was fabulous and told us lots about the city whilst on this trip. It is interesting to see if you like culture and things like that, you stop in a couple of different places on the way. It only takes a few hours, so it's worth checking out if you're there.

The main drawback was the short time the tour lasted.

The Batu Caves were not so impressive, but the Selangor factory visit was fantastic.

The coach used for transportation is not okay: the driver is not that good in speaking English but he's okay when he tries to answer our inquiries.

I am sorry to say but I was very disappointed by this tour because of the horrible tour guide that we had. He did not bother to introduce himself to us, and he was constantly and deliberately ignoring my wife and I. He would walk to other group members and personally explain the sites to them but not to us. He did not bother to walk to the caves with us so we really had no idea what we were looking at. He was rude and really really bad. Also, the tour itinerary said we would see traditional jewelry making which we did not. I would not recommend this tour mainly because of the really horrible job the tour guide did.

The caves could have been beautiful but the floor and surroundings were very dirty. A man approached us as we got off the tour bus trying to pressure us into purchasing a 'video tour' and our guide didn't assist us in getting rid of him. Didn't like the fact of being taken to a shop and factory and feeling under pressure to purchase something, although the pewter factory was immaculate and quite interesting.
