This was a good value afternoon out and well worth doing. There were only 6 of us on the tour, and it was nice to have a smaller group. The pewter factory was interesting to see how they still do everything by hand and to see the F1 trophies they've made. We decided along with the other people in the group we weren't that interested in the Batik stop so we gave that a miss. The caves themselves are an interesting visit and the monkeys don't bother you unless you've food or drink on display, so keep those out of sight if you want to avoid monkeys harassing you! The local company was providing the tour for people who'd booked through someone other than Viator which had an additional stop in their itinerary, meaning we'd the added bonus of a visit to a Chinese Temple at the end of the afternoon also, which was worth the visit too. Guide was good providing a huge amount of info throughout the afternoon, but he shouted everything! i definitely recommended this if you have a spare afternoon in Kuala Lumpur.

Loved the tour, the tour guide was very informative. Butik & Pewter factory and fun. Loved the exercise of walking up so many stairs and looking at the monkeys.

Arrived there in middle of the Hindu Festival. Great if you can make it up the steps. However for the not very fit I suggest you check out the steps first, about 300, very steep incline in hot weather.

Very interesting tour, we went just before February, so it was busy with preparations for the Chinese New Year's festival.

This was a very good way to explore the area just outside of Kuala Lumpur. Definitely worth doing.

We enjoyed this tour with our two sons, 11 & 14. There were 6 people on the tour, and we were picked up on time as arranged the previous day. Unfortunately, the traffic was very bad, and we were unable to do the batik factory, and the Selangor visit wasn't mentioned. But we certainly didn't feel as though we missed out at all. Our guide was excellent and provided lost of interesting information along the way. He was also a very good driver, making us feel safe, which was not always the case in some Asian countries! I would highly recommend a visit to the Batu Caves for anyone spending some time in KL.

Nice tour. Probably better to do it early in the day, because we got stuck in traffic on our way back to the hotel.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. He went out of his way to show us some extra sights too. We had a lot of fun. It is true that how much you enjoy a tour can depend on your tour guide. We had a great guide and a great tour. The Batu Caves are amazing!

Was nice to see but was quite surprised at how dirty it was inside the cave.

It was worth it, climbing the 272 stairs. Watch out for the monkeys as they want your water bottles and any food you may have on you, including the ice cream you might be eating, as we found out! Our guide was excellent. Batu Caves is a must see, you will enjoy.

After a bit of a rocky start - the trip was well worth it. I ended up with a private tour and my guide, had lots of information about the places we went and definitely added something I could not have gotten had I just visited on my own. My only complaint was that the trip was scheduled for Saturday but the guide never showed up and it took me a number of calls to find out that their van had broken down. The trip was rescheduled for Sunday and the guide was late due to another group being very rude and not telephoning her to let her know they would not be going. The only thing I found particularly irritating is that I had to do all the calling. The company never once contacted me to give me a status update.

We had a very good guide with a lot of knowledge about all different subjects about Malaysia, not only about the Batu Caves. I look forward with another tour with him.

Guide was very passionate and knowledgeable. If you haven't ventured out of Kuala Lumpur's shopping malls, you MUST do a tour like this to see other aspects of the country.
