There was a small pavilion on the far side of the cave. A sinkhole allowed a lot of light in that area of the cave. This is the roof of the pavilion with the walls of the cave in the background.

I was surprised at how small it was. They pull a curtain across the opening at certain times, so I was expecting that to be the entrance to the temple.
