We want to do it again the next time we plan a trip to Malaysia
The journey was great. Cable car awesome. The weather up there fantastic. However, the outdoor park was closed for construction. Indoor park have nothing much to offer at this time, enjoyed shopping and eating though.
There was only limited commentary on the bus and we were left to our own devices at the destination.
For the first time, I had with my family bad experience with all the tours that I booked via viator, it seems you are dealing with an Indian tours company that has no experience at all with tours and how it should be managed or arranged except collecting people, send them to the desired place and get them back and that's it!!! I do highly recommend to change this dealer or company over there as I am very disappointed from this experience.
Note from Viator: Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced on the tour, and we have contacted the local tour company to address your concern.
This was a terrible waste of a day and very very disappointing! After a lot of messing around and waiting for different buses, we finally got on the road. The morning waiting around was good preparation for the tour itself - hours spent sitting around waiting for the bus to return, as most of the complex was closed or under construction! Unless you only want to gamble, do not do this tour. A few shops and a couple of under six style indoor 'rides' is all there is available in this very dated, concrete dust filled and noisy construction site/fvenue.
