The tour was made excellent by the quality of the guide, and his intimate knowledge of KL. He was friendly, with a good sense of humour, and chatty at the various stops. The tour itself was well-balanced with not too much pressure to purchase stuff at craft centres. However, the only negative point was that as I was staying at Le Meridien, the bus did not return there afterwards (I had been taken by taxi to another hotel at the start).

It was fun seeing the different parts of Kuala Lumpur. Tour guide was very helpful. Make sure you take note of the places you want to visit again since this is like a drive around tour with a few stops only.

Very interesting tour. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and took us to all the points of interest. If you only have a short time in KL, as we did, this is the ideal way to see all the major sights of the city without the hassle of 'do it yourself.'

We had to wait very long for our driver to pick us up at the hotel, without being informed or whatsoever. After one hour, with help from the hotel, we figured out what the problem was - the car was broken. So a good reason of course, but it would be better to inform the people on time. Furthermore I have to admit that the tour itself wasn't very impressive, our guide was more telling about the trips in Malacca, then giving information on KL. Also the things we had to do after the trip, like going to leather markets and shops from 'friends' was a bit disappointing.

It was interesting to see the palace, but we only saw it only from the main gate, which was a bit of a letdown. The visit to the towers was uneventful; a tour up to the observation deck should have been included.

Mixed feelings. May be better if visited sights were changed. Did get several great pictures with the Petronas Towers in background.
