We got a great in depth view of what KL is about - also if you enjoy visiting temples this is definitely worth doing.

Excellent guide.

The tour guide was excellent, especially as we were the only people on the tour. Some of the stops are not that exciting, and it was disappointing not to include anything of the towers. However, it is a good way to see the city in a short amount of time, especially as our tour lasted less than six hours, instead of the advertised eight.

If you are in KL for one day as we were then this is the thing to do! Lunch was however very disappointing. On the whole, well worth doing.

This was an exhausting, but informative tour. There were so many stops and visits in the 1 day, but for those wanting to get bargains on Pewter and Batik art clothing, it's a great opportunity. Alot to process but enjoyable if you like history, shopping, good Chinese food and seeing how the locals live.

Our guide was terrific, very friendly, and gave us a lot of information. We were glad we did the Batu caves first, as the rest of the day was hot.

Excellent guide, knowledge of history of the country was excellent.

We saw loads of the city in one day so it was definitely worth the money if you are short on time in Kuala Lumpur.

The tour was great and I would highly recommend this. It was a great introduction to Kuala Lumpur and I really enjoyed it.

We expected to go on a group tour in a bus, but our driver picked up my husband and I at our hotel and announced that we were going on a private tour. At first I thought it would be uncomfortable because we'd have to make small talk all day long with the tour guide, whereas a bus tour would have been more anonymous. It actually turned out great. Our tour guide was excellent. He took us to many interesting sights and filled us in on the rich and diverse history and culture of Malaysians in KL. The Batu Caves were the highlight of the tour.
The lunch that was included was at a Chinese restaurant in the Federal hotel. We weren't given a menu, they just served us food. Most of it was OK, but since I am a vegetarian, I would have liked to order my own food according to my preferences. Service at this particular restaurant was not that great.
We had a very good tour guide who took the trouble to explain so many things to us which made the entire trip very interesting. The food and the sightseeing was really good. We really enjoyed this trip.

On all but one occasion, the tour guide was very pleasant. Just the KL Tower trip let me down with a not very friendly guide and a very poor meal in the tower.

It was a very personalised day and our guide was particularly informative, especially with our 10-year-old grand daughter.

The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and gave great details about all the sites. I was disappointed because we were delayed 30 minutes for one of the couples on the tour. Because of this I missed seeing the Petronas Towers, the KL Tower, and the local chocolate making factory shop. I'm not sure anything could have been done about this, but the towers were the main attraction I was hoping to see, so I was very disappointed to miss that. All said, I'd still recommend the tour if complete to others.

The guide was good and very knowledgeable. I was not very impressed with some of the stops, such as shopping for leather, batik, and chocolate. These stops were not valuable for someone who wants to see the city. The package did not include admission to the towers; the driver just dropped us off at the base of the towers. The tour was not worth the money I paid.
