Another warning to be careful when you arrive. Make sure you look for the company with your name on a card. Pick up service was a big help in keeping me from being taken advantage of.

Our flight was delayed from Perth by 3 hours. We weren't sure if we would still be picked up in Kuala Lumpur. The guide was waiting for us and was so helpful. Thank you!!!

We arrived around 12 midnight and my wife's luggage was lost. There was no way for us to communicate the time delay to Viator, yet they were there when we looked for them. The service was excellent.
