Excellent. I lost my voucher. The staff let me use a PC to find my email with confirmation. The boss let me use the PC in her office to print the voucher. They were very kind.

I was stuck in KL for 16 hours and booked a pass to the premium lounge for 6 hours. The lounge was well stocked with food, soft drinks and beer on tap. I noticed that some people have previously complained about the lack of choice, but it is a lounge, not a restaurant. I found the selection tasty and filling. The two massage chairs were working properly and were a welcome relief. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with my queries. I hope that this review helps.

It was a good place to escape the hustle and bustle of the airport and relax in a quiet and convenient place. We enjoyed the food, the shower and the atmosphere after our long flight. The staff were also very helpful.

The lounge was an excellent idea. We had a few hours connection, and this enabled us to have a nice chilled out time in comfortable, peaceful surroundings. Very spacious, chairs comfortable and some nice snacks available. There was also cold beers, soft drinks or a nice hot coffee. I even had an internet facility. We didn't use the showers, but I believe these were available. Highly recommend booking this lounge, really easy to find, and took the stress out of a long journey home!

The lounge was much smaller than we thought and some of the decor was a bit shabby, but it was a comfortable place to while away time between flights and the food served was very nice.

A great way to chill out before a long flight home. Comfortable seating area, nice food and good beer. Showers very welcome, but massage chair a killer.

It could have been better. The Premium Lounge was packed to capacity when we used it and the food was very basic and unappetizing. What was supposed to be a five hour relaxed wait turned out to be no better than waiting in the main lounge outside.

The reality was not as good as the blurb. There was no fresh food cooked, and you make your own toast. There was a kind of omelette on a hot tray that they changed once in 4 hours. The area was quiet until a family with free-range kids turned up. Getting a shower was good, but unless you really want the shower you may as well stay in the airport gates area. The massage chair was broken and had been for a couple of days.

Unless you are a smoker you will not enjoy this. Full of smoking business men. Food on offer was terrible, chicken curry which had probably been sitting there all day and basically that was it. We had a drink each and then we left so it turned out to be a very expensive drink. Not worth the money you pay for it.

It's definitely not worth the price. The food is horrible. It contains a rice dish as the main course and that's it. It's way better to eat outside and stay in the public lounge instead of staying here. The only benefit you get is the extra cushion on the couches. Moreover, on the website, it says that they have massage chairs. Those chairs were nowhere to be found.

The lounge may have been nice if it wasn't way overbooked, we were traveling as a group 10 and we had to sit in three different locations because there wasn't enough space to accommodate us together even though we'd pre-booked. Massage chair was broken, other massage available at an extra expense. Shower facility was awful, unclean and smelly. Only enough computers for 3-4 people so we couldn't get access at all. Food was average, not a great variety available. If you're thinking about using this facility wait till you get there and check out how full it is first!!
