All good- except the seats would be improved if leg rests were provided . After sitting on a long plane journey that was what my circulation needed.

We used the lounge in LCCT between midnight and 5am. Comfortable and quiet. Food was average, free beer, coffee, tea and water was nice. Towels and shower were available. If you are used to your Business/First Class lounges this won't meet your expectations, but it met ours.

After the refurb this has turned out to be a well equiped lounge, very comfortable and relaxing.

We spent 6 hours of our 7 hour KL stopover in the Plaza Premium Lounge in comfortable seating, with an excellent buffet, soft drinks and great coffee included. The showers and loos are luxurious. I might have bought a beer or wine (but couldn't understand the system) so didn't spend a thing. Friends who stayed on the general concourse paid a high dollar rate for their food and drink and ended up with change in local currency they couldn’t use. I doubt we spent much more than them.

I cannot recomend the Plaza Premium Lounge highly enough. One problem is that the Viator booking page did not say when it opened and as we got there early in the morning it wqas not open and we had to wait for aprox 45 minutes.
After an 8 hour flight from Brisbane and connecting to a 13 Hour flight to london,it was great to relax in comfort and well worth the money.

Definately worth doing. We took our 7 month old baby into the lounge and it was great as he was able to have a kick around on the floor and a stretch before embarking on another long flight. Good food too!
