This was a brilliant day. It's a once in a lifetime chance to see the fireflies.

This tour was one of the best we have experienced. It is a very relaxed itenary, but still fits in plenty. The monkey feeding is an incredible start to the evening, and the delicious authentic food and amazing sunset are awesome. The fireflies have to be seen to be believed. Our guide was very pleasant, and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves yet never invaded our space. He was very knowledgable on our surroundings. The fact that we were the only 2 people on the excursion meant that it was incredibly intimate. I highly recommend this tour to anyone staying in or around Kuala Lumpur.

On the way to the fireflies, our tour operator took us to see some tame monkeys. This was definitely the highlight of this tour. The fireflies were quite disappointing but the monkeys certainly made up for it. We had a great time. The drive out to the fireflies was close to 2 hours, so we got to see a lot of Malaysia - it's very nice. Dinner was nice as well.

I missed out on the fireflies as I was bitten by a monkey on my hand; it didn't really hurt, so please don't let this put you off, they are quite friendly. It was fantastic and worth it. Our tour guide is a wealth of knowledge, which was awesome; he took us through a fishing village, and dinner was fantastic on the riverfront. Even though I missed out on the fireflies, I still highly recommend this tour and would do it again.

There weren't as many fireflies as it had been raining but it's still worth doing. We had the dinner option which was at a Chinese restaurant on the river and the food was really good. The monkeys are also worthwhile seeing, we got to see a new baby which the mother carried in her hand.

Wow, this was awesome. The guide was brilliant and we would do this again and again. The fireflies can actually sit on your hand, like Fairy Land. The Monkeys were so friendly and not mischievous, and they loved the peanuts. The meal was superb, but traditionally hot and spicy. Still scrumptious though. Well worth the trip.

Our guide was terrific. The food was fabulous, and the boat ride was wonderful. The extra monkey feeding trip was a great experience too.

Thank you for adapting your pick up time to suit my delayed flight. The personal service and the knowledge of the guide was great. I love the monkeys. Dinner was fabulous later on a nice relaxing trip up the river, and I saw thousands of fireflies, which was a nice relaxing end to a disorganized day.

A great tour, excellent guide and I would definitely recommend the Kuala Selangor Fireflies tour by Viator. My mother and I were in for a treat, what a great tour with surprise visitors when we reached the fort ruins (we hand-fed peanuts to the most gentle of monkeys). And there were thousands of fireflies along the bank of the river glowing in the trees. A must-do tour!

The Fireflies experience was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the extra things we did, like visiting the monkeys, and eating crab in a fishing village at sunset.
