Our tour guide was very friendly and had a lot of information about Malacca.
Interesting trip with excellent guide in an air-conditioned Mercedes - as with everything else from this tour company it was a great experience at a very reasonable price

Nice day-trip from KL. Sites visited are only so-so. The historic relevance isn’t so important for non-Malaysians, but interesting. Traffic and crowds are terrible. Avoid going on a weekend.
My guide was wonderful. Lunch provided is a set menu, but included a wide variety of dishes and was good.

Our guide was a bit laid back and not wanting to spend much energy on information. Left us to walk around alone quite a bit - but worth seeing this historic part of Malaysia and understanding some of the past.

The guide was excellent, a walking history book, but the trip itself is only worth it if you have time to kill and there's nothing left to do. There are some interesting sites in Malacca to view, but most of them are replicas, so it doesn't really feel like a true historical tour. Plus, the fare doesn't include any of the museum entries, just the hotel pick-ups and lunch. We were also hoping to do a boat ride on the river, but that didn't really happen either. In the end, I'd only recommend this trip if you want to visit temples and antique stores...
Tour was OK. Would have been better if the guide came to the various sites with us instead of giving us information in the bus and then waiting for us
One day is not enough to see Malacca. Price stated that it included entrance fees, but on arriving our tour guide said we where responsible for all fees. Tour guide was very political and had his own views and did not allow us to talk at all. He took control of the whole day, and it drove us insane.
I was charged a substantially higher price than other travelers. My guide quoted incorrect facts and was not really interested in what he was doing.
