It was absolutely wonderful. The food was great and the tour was exactly what my wife and I wanted. What a lovely way to spend an evening celebrating our anniversary.

We had a great time. Music, tour were fantastic. Dinner was very good, but not great.

The cruise was fine, but your advertisement for suggested "Dress Code - appropriate attire is casual to dressy. Men traditionally wear sports jackets" was way overboard. My waife was sad that I wore a jacket and she wore a long dress (only one other lady wore a long dress, men did not wear jackets). We stayed a week at Marriott's Grand Residence Club and could have gotten a 15% discount if we had booked the MS Dixie II locally. Also my wife's steak was medium, but mine was well done and tough, I ordered it medium as well. We loved our Lake Tahoe vacation however.

This was our third dinner cruise and the poorest. Other times we were done with the meal before we got to Emerald Bay so we could go atop and watch the scenery. The meal was very slow to start and very slow to be served. Our meals were cold when we got them and our steaks were not the best. The dessert was awesome! We will not do it again since we have done it before. This was the first time we had had live music and it was enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the dress code was so casual. Instead of a dinner crusie I felt I was on a boat ride. Food was good.

I took my husband and another couple on the trip.
The guard at the dock told us there was another trip going out that night at 10:30. When we got back at 9:00 instead of 9:30, and had barely finished our dinner let alone have time to have an after dinner drink and enjoy the music and dancing, we remembered what the guard had said. We feel we were rushed back, and didn't get what we paid for which was a 3 1/2 hour cruise with dinner and dancing. My husband and I took this trip last year and so enjoyed it we raved about it to lots of people and invited our guest to the trip. We will not recommend this trip to any one else after this experience. We feel we were cheated out of 30 minutes so the boat could get ready for the extra after hours trip they had booked. Just wanted you to know about this in case this should happen again in the future. Sincerely Yvonne Parks

It was a good trip just because of the scenery. However, the food was not that good. Also there was a private party of 30 and the rest of the people have not been notified that a section will be closed just for them so whenever someone tried to sit in that section the people in that party would tell us to leave and personally I did not appreciate that. I felt very uncomfortable after that and did not enjoy the rest of the trip.
