- Smoking is permitted on the 3rd deck and outside viewing areas only
- The Tahoe Queen is handicap accessible, but there are no handicap accessible restrooms or elevators for the guest to be lifted to the second deck. There is a wheel chair and small motorized transport cart in the ticket office (near the dock) for customer transport to the boat. Please advise at time of booking if any passengers will be in a wheelchair.
