The information provided by our driver prior to pick-up was great. very clear instructions on pick up times and no earlier than necessary. Great service and a wonderful assistant to our journey.

We used Viator to book three airport transfers in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi and Kota Kinabalu whilst on holiday in Malaysia in Aug 2011. In each case the driver was awaiting us at the arrivals area with no delays or issues. I prefer to make prior arrangements for arriving at an unfamiliar airport with my family and would have no hesitation in recommending Viator. It is possible to get alternative transfers by bus or taxi but for peace of mind I prefer to make prior arrangements.
