Super service from start to finish. Flight was great - the pilot seems to really enjoy his job and took great pride in the area, history and his flying skills! This was my first time in a helicopter and first time to the Grand Canyon, and I can't think of a better way to do it.

This trip was brilliant. The scenery was breathtaking, the background information enlightening and the tour guide engaging. It is difficult to describe the overwhelming sense of awe when you observe the landscape around the Grand Canyon stretched out beneath you - it's nature's work of art on display telling a fascinating geological story. Our guide was entertaining and, with his subtle sense of humour, should be on TV.

This was not a cheap trip; however, I could not fault the level of service provided. The helicopter company provided a good safety briefing prior to the 45 min flight to the Grand Canyon. Pilot kept us updated as we flew over Hoover Dam and Lake Mead en route. Landed in the canyon and were provided with a plentiful lunch with champagne and an opportunity to take photographs of the stunning scenery.

Really well looked after from the first to the last moment. A truly magical experience made better by the service. Great value if you can put a price on the majesty of the grand canyon. Highly recommend this helicopter company.

This was the most stunning trip - the staff from our limo pickup on were friendly and pleasant. The transfer to helicopter was smooth and our pilot lovely. The actual trip could not have been better - and the stop with the lovely picnic was the icing on the cake. I am biased as my partner proposed to me as we sipped our champagne while looking over the canyon, but it was all perfect!
