Professional service from start to finish. Excellent experience that I won't forget. The trip to the canyon was excellent - great views, the pilot was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and landing in the canyon was the icing on the cake. I was initially concerned that the time in the canyon would be too short, but it was perfect. Enough time to explore and take some great pictures, and the champagne lunch was a bonus. The views of the canyon, surrounding area, and the Strip are breathtaking. I would recommend this to anybody - well worth the money!

Wonderful experience, thoroughly loved it! Would recommend to anyone. Our pilot was very informative and friendly. Only gripe would be the lack of time spent on the ground at the canyon. An hour would have been perfect, especially at such a world renowned location. Many, many thanks for a special part of our holiday.

Great service, we were really well taken care off from start to finish. The helicopter does at times go through turbulence, if only very mild, so I did feel a tad sick. Everything else was perfect!

Had a great time, but this is only a reflection on the fact that we visited the canyon. The limo ride was overrated, did not think we would be crammed in with 6 other people. Not to mention that they could not find our booking and forgot about us when we had arrived. Don't get me started on the pilot who obviously did not want to be there. He was not very friendly or informative, borderline arrogant. We were worried that we would not get enough time in the canyon to experience it but were pleased with the time allocated, although it was only 35 mins. Aside from the pilot and limo ride, I would still recommend this as the best way of seeing and experiencing the canyon.

There are no words to describe the amazing experience we had. From the limo driver to the pilot and everyone in between, the staff were fantastic. And of course the Grand Beyond Belief Canyon. Wow!

Not cheap, but an incredible experience. Our pilot was great, and the whole trip was an absolute joy. I had expected a more personal approach, but you're one of many passengers at the office. I guess it's big business and it's the most efficient way of doing things. As soon as you get in the chopper, it really doesn't matter. I did expect a little more time on the ground in the canyon, and the lunch was more of a quick sandwich than what I had expected from a champagne lunch. Having said that, these really are minor issues and I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone.

We mistakenly booked a later date and the tour company was totally accommodating and found a slot for us. A great tour! As some have said, we wish it was longer, but all good things don't last forever. Highly recommended!

Amazing views, safe trip! I've done the park tours walking around the top, and there's no other way to appreciate the beauty of the Grand Canyon and the other landscapes than being lifted 3000 ft. above sea level. Then landing in and seeing the Colorado River is the icing on the cake. Viator's price is very competitive - while it may be a large expense to some, I made the reservation with Viator based on the fact that I cannot buy my time back driving to and from the canyon. The lunch picnic was not too bad either. We did also buy the souvenir video to hear the pilot tour guide part, and the video is more stable than our handheld, but both are still magnificent to look at. I highly recommend this trip - even if you tend to get queasy on flights because it's just an exhilarating ride! Thank you, Viator!

Although expensive, the tour gave us a touch of luxury with the limo rides. The flight was smoother than I expected. Could have done with a bit longer in the canyon, but on the whole it was a great excursion.

Excellent service. Door to door limo service, quick efficient check in and briefing. Superb flight and great knowledge of pilot. Fabulous views and scenery. Champagne picnic was a really nice and personal touch. Great views of the Strip on the way back. Would highly recommend and would do it again tomorrow.
