It seems like a lot of money, but it is absolutely worth it for those short on time who want part of the "proper" Grand Canyon experience. Standing on the edge of the chasm and looking into the abyss made it worth every penny. The walk-around tour guide was a little average, particularly as he was able to speak Japanese but at the cost of it being difficult to understand his English at times. He was friendly enough, but also seemed more interested in listing facts about the local wildlife and foliage rather than the Canyon itself. That said, it was easy enough to ditch the guide and make our own way around at the drop off points. The driver guide on the bus itself was excellent. Overall, an excellent experience, but having seen it like this, I now wish I'd taken the time to drive it all myself with no constraints - it's all so beautiful!

This tour was the best. We booked the 7am flight and were picked up exactly on time in a comfortable transfer bus. The terminal was immaculate, with a comfortable waiting area and complimentary coffee. The check-in staff were pleasant, fast and efficient so much so that we left a little earlier than scheduled. The aircraft was clean and comfortable and everyone had a window seat. The flight itself was splendid with an enjoyable commentary. We were whisked away immediately upon arrival at the Grand Canyon airport on our comfortable coach for the tour of the South Rim and given our boxed lunch which was entirely adequate. On completion of the coach tour our plane was waiting for us and we got straight off the coach and on to the plane for a lovely flight back to Las Vegas where we immediately transferred to our bus for the hotel. The whole operation was seamlessly efficient. Great value for money. Congratulations.

It was great - the bus driver/guide did a nice job and the plane ride was really good too.

The trip was simple to book, and easily exceeded our expectations. The Grand Canyon is stunning and we saw it from two great spots, with no feeling of being crowded or herded at all. The tour guide was brilliant, well-informed and enthusiastic, and the trip was organised well for the most part. I have a couple of minor quibbles - our pick up from the hotel turned up about 45 minutes late, which made us nervous about whether we had been forgotten, and there was a bit of a queue for lunch so a little more time set aside for the meal would have been nice. These are minor points, though, and were outweighed massively by the rest of the tour, which was superb. It was not cheap but it was excellent value for money.

- Bus driver was on time at the hotel & he was very friendly. - When we checked in at the airport office, the workers were very helpful & were able to get my wife and I a window seat on the better side of the plane to see Hoover Dam clearly. Recommendation: ask for window seat on plane-entrance side because you can see the Hoover Dam very good on this side, at least on this trip. - Views from plane from airport all the way to the Grand Canyon South Rim were amazing. Take lots of photos from the plane windows as my digital photos turned out amazing! - Bus tour guide was very friendly and had lots of great information about Grand Canyon! - Lunch buffet was fair, the least favorite of this entire trip experience.

The tour was great but were a couple of problems. First, there was no BBQ lunch on the rim as stated and when we returned to the airport in Las Vegas the terminal was locked up. The pilot managed to get us in. It also took them about 45 minutes to round up a bus for us to get back to the hotel. Overall the trip was great and I would do it again.

Everything went well! No matter which side of the plane you sit, you will see the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon either on the flight out or on the flight back. It's worth doing this trip! A big plus is that you don't have to travel to the Boulder Airport like you have to do with other companies.

Friendly staff, tour was just the right length. Really pleased with the day we had out to see the natural beauty compared to the fakery of Las Vegas. Refreshing.

I was a little disappointed that the plane used did not have the big windows so unless you were next to the window the view was not great. Other than that, great value. We made our own way to the airport, which was a bonus and easy to do. When confirming the flight, the person at the office was of limited English, but we got there in the end.

Everything went on smoothly. We were picked up on time, and we were dropped off at our hotel promptly. The flights were all very pleasant, and it was definitely more convenient to go by air rather than to take a bus. However, we wish we could have had more than 2 hours at the Grand Canyon. We were always rushing in terms of taking pictures and getting back on the bus. Nevertheless, that was what we had signed up for. Hopefully, we can go back some day and take a more leisurely tour.

Worth doing.

This tour is worth the money; it's a cost effective way to see the fantastic South Rim rather than the West Rim, where the helicopter tours go. Be prepared for only an hour and a half at the canyon, though, plus one to one and a half hours on the plane. The rest of the time is wasted hanging around or eating terrible food. I did the early trip at 7am, which was actually a 5:30am pickup from my hotel but meant I was guaranteed a window seat on the plane, and the canyon itself was relatively quiet - a bonus. Dress for the weather; at that time of the morning it can be very cold there, so take a jacket and hat with you.
