Air flight was fantastic, views wonderful. Delay at airport coming back was a pity and bus trip was a bit disappointing. Overall I am glad that I did the trip, a once in a lifetime experience.

Great trip with some great views of the Canyon from the air. One day at the Canyon is definitely not enough though.

Great trip, but the food was not good.

Great views on the flight over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam and two stops on the bus trip for great views of the canyon. It really is something else.

Great trip. We were picked up and dropped off on time, the trip was just as advertised and well worth the cost. Everyone associated with the trip was courteous and professional.

Nice trip, helpful people, though the lunch was just average. In all, an easy way to see the Grand Canyon when you are stuck in Las Vegas. But why isn't the fuel surcharge added to the price?

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. But it was not long enough!!!!

The only problem with the trip was that it felt too rushed. The excursion took 6 hours and of these only 1 hour was spent at the rim of the Grand Canyon. The rush factor was made worse when the coach waited 15 minutes for late returners. Sorry, but we felt that they should have been left behind. Everyone else had got back to the coach at the time requested.

A disappointing experience of one of the seven wonders of the world. The tour guide was unable to point out the highlights and features of the Grand Canyon. It was unclear whether this was due to lack of knowledge or his own style. A more clearly defined itinerary would help set expectations of the tour.

The experience of going to the Grand Canyon was amazing; however, the service at the airport was very uncoordinated. We weren't sure where we needed to be or when the flight was supposed to leave. The tour guide for the bus was excellent, although we did feel like we had to rush at the 2 stops we made. Also the buffet breakfast was horrible.

The Canyon is spectacular and is worth seeing even with the major disappointments that came with this tour. What was disappointing was that we were told that our initial time was unavailable after we received confirmation online and were told we could take the 8:30 a.m. tour on the following day. We rearranged our plans in order to be available for that tour and then received a message at midnight that we could not go on that tour. No explanation was given, and no one was available until 4:10 a.m. We were then told that we could take the 1:30 tour and again were given no explanation as to why we had been bumped. A shuttle picked us up at noon, and we were taken to the Texas Station Casino for a buffet. We didn't head to the Grand Canyon until around 3:00 p.m. At the Canyon, we were only given 40 minutes at the first stop and only 30 minutes at the second and last stop. I would rather have spent my time at the Canyon than in a casino. The other disappointment was that only the few passengers who sat on the left side of the plane were able to see the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. We never actually flew over the Grand Canyon, so I'm not sure how Viator can advertise that the Grand Canyon is part of the air tour.

I did the Grand Canyon South Rim Airplane and Ground Tour and I felt ripped off, as they flew us over the Grand Canyon and brought us back without landing. We went up to the main desk asking why we didn't land, and why they didn't tell us in the air that we weren't going to land. They said it was too foggy to land. There was a group of us who said we wanted to land and see the Grand Canyon, that's why we booked it. The lady who works there said she would try to put us on another plane. They did put us on another plane, and we were able to land this time. It didn't seem to be foggy and there were only 6 inches of snow on the ground. The bus trip was really good, the view were so beautiful. It was a good trip, but not letting us know they weren't going to land on the first trip out did ruin it to a point.

The trip was too rushed. We were only given 40 minutes at each check point which in my opinion was not enough time to see and really appreciate the fantastic views. I think if you really want to appreciate the magnitude of the Grand Canyon, you should take at least 3 days and take your time to explore.

Trip was fine except for one crucial blunder. We had sufficient time to see the Canyon from the Bright Angel Lodge location. However, when the tour bus arrived at the stop on the tour my wife and I followed the driver's advice. Rather than walking what other tour participants estimated to be at least 300 yards, we walked about 30 yards to pick up a park shuttle. We waited over 30 minutes until the shuttle arrived.

The flight was late leaving Los Vegas by 45 minutes. They told us that they would add the time to the end of the tour which they did not. It says you get to spend 2.5 hours at the Grand Canyon, but spent only less than 1.5 hours. Have to run just to see anything. It's 20 minutes drive from the airport to the viewing areas. Spent 15 minutes at the first stop and 30 at the second stop. The tour guide was AWFUL!!! Didn't tell you anything about the Grand Canyon, just about how they made a movie there and that all the stars were stuck up.
