Great trip. Well organised, and coach driver's commentary was full of information and a pleasure to listen to. Reminder e-mailed by Viator to print the voucher was a helpful reminder and a personal touch.

This was a good tour. The Grand Canyon is just awesome. You have to see it.

The trip was long, 4 and a half hours each way. The views were beautiful and made the long drive worth it. The movie was okay, it gave a lot of history about the Grand Canyon. I would recommend if you travel with children that you consider a West Rim trip rather than the South Rim trip. It is a long trip for kids.

I think the bus tour was great. The guide was also great and had a lot of information to share, and we all liked him a lot. The park was awesome.

The most professional service we have encountered, wonderful driver was hilarious! Coach was extremely comfortable, and most of all the trip was amazing. Well worth every penny. We did this trip with a helicopter ride - wow! Fantastic, fabulous views and amazing company along the way, wonderful.

I had some trepidations about a bus tour - WRONG! New bus was half full, incredible driver, knowledgeable without being annoying. The trip actually became a positive part of the whole canyon experience. The only thing coming near a disappointment was the IMAX film - I expected a National Geographic IMAX film to be incredible. Too much time trying to develop a story line, then just dazzling us with beauty and movement.

This was a long and tiring day but well worth it. Having flown into the Grand Canyon by helicopter a couple of days earlier, we were not sure how impressive this would be, but it was absolutely fabulous and was all the more impressive for the snow lying around the rim of the canyon. The driver was very informative.

We had a fantastic driver, learned a lot of interesting facts from him. The bus was very comfortable. The breaks were spaced out just right. Of course the Grand Canyon was fabulous and the IMAX movie was really great. It was a wonderful trip.

The Grand Canyon is a beautiful place to see. Everyone should visit it at least once. My teens want to go back soon and helicopter in to see more of the canyon's beauty.

Tour guide was great, bus trip was long but broken up with stops and movies on the way back. Lunch was OK but the Imax movie was definitely worthwhile. Grand Canyon was breathtaking! Tour was reliable and very well organized, and a great way to see the GC from Las Vegas. One day at the South Rim was plenty. Bring sneakers, sunglasses, sunscreen, and water!

The only complaint that I have is that I called in the day before, as required, and was specifically told no backpacks, and that was what I had brought with me to keep my camera, bottled water, and everything else in, so I ended up having to haul around a huge tote all day long. This was made worse by the fact that probably eighty of the other people all had backpacks, and I had my seventy five year old aunt with me trying to help her along as well as carry all of our stuff on my shoulder, so I was a bit miffed about that. So, be sure to bring a backpack! We were picked up promptly at six in the morning, as we were told we would be, in a very nice bus, and taken to the dispatch center where everything just seemed to flow like clockwork. They were very informative about exactly what to expect, and gave us a quick danish and coffee and juice, and off we went. Our driver was very informative as well as entertaining, and we just had a great day. I am a travel agent, and other than the backpack problem, I am recommending this agency highly.

The Grand Canyon was superb! The sun was out and we got great views for our camera! Although the travel to and from was long, the ride was not very tiring because the buses were really comfortable. The air-conditioning kept the temperature at a pleasant level. The driver-cum-guide was good too. He was informative and very humorous too.

Long day on the road but worth the trip. Extra points to our driver - very well informed, humourous and patient. A lot of passengers were late returning to the bus at several stops. The driver certainly added plenty to the trip, making the long hours doable.
