WOW! What a great experience. The pictures you see of the canyon don't do it justice until you see it for yourself from the air. The staff was friendly and informative. Our pilot was wonderful & helpful. Told us how to see the most in a short time. Just wish we had a bit more time at the canyon. An incredible experience that we won't forget.

Really good trip. The combination of the plane trip, helicopter ride and the boat trip gave us great views of the Grand Canyon from all aspects. We also saw more than those who took a helicopter trip direct from Las Vegas as the time on the river was great, the service was superb and would recommend this to anyone.

We are a mature Australian couple who have just completed your Grand Canyon West Rim Adventure Tour. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for great value for money. Right from the start with the flight, the helicopter ride to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and the boat ride up the Colorado river. All the people involved, the pilots and the person driving the boat, were only too ready to answer questions and make the trip an outstanding day. I cannot rate this tour highly enough.

We went in October, no crowd at all. The plane, helicopter, boat combo is the best way to discover the Grand Canyon! This tour has all you need. There is narration and music in the plane, and the boat guide also told us a lot. The plane, chopper, and boat are excellent experiences. I recommend lunch at the last bus stop, Guano point - eatable buffet and AWESOME view directly from the tables! The buffet is not fine cuisine, but that's West Rim's problem, not the tour's. And they are building new restaurants, I believe.
DO NOT GO TO SKYWALK. I was really excited about it and actually visited the West Rim for this, but believe me, you'll want to spend more time at Guano point, which is UNBELIEVABLE! Skywalk itself is not in a very nice location, there is relatively not much to see from it. No Colorado River, for instance - just a secondary canyon. Don't waste precious time and money! Three hours is hardly enough. Four hours in the Canyon would be better than three.
The tour was exceptional, and the personnel were very prepared. Thanks!

Excellent day and good value for money. Only criticism was the lack of time after the flight to the canyon meant we had to fit in a bus trip and lunch before the helicopter trip which meant we did not have time to go on the glass walkway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Grand Canyon, which combined the flight to the canyon, great helicopter ride, wonderful experience on the Colorado River, and the view at the bottom of the canyon. The only thing I would say is the returning time was to early at 12.15pm, and it would have been good to have left around 1pm to give us more time at the Skywalk tour and Eagle Point for photographs. Also, we missed lunch, which was a sit-down affair, and maybe Viator could have supplied a packet of sandwiches and bottle of water as we were on the run. Also, the small plane flight back was a bit bumpy, so I would recommend motion sick tablets for those who get affected, but it probably beats a bus ride along a winding road for 2 and a half hours. Otherwise, the trip was terrific, and I would recommend this.

Although it was a very bumpy flight from Las Vegas to the canyon due to heavy winds, it was very impressive. Only thing to improve: More time at the canyon required. After helicopter and boat, we spent some time at the first of the three bus stops, the western city, causing a lack of time for the other stops, which seem to be much more impressive. Thus, one hour more time at the canyon and it would be perfect.
