The trip was great. The only thing I would change is length the boat ride.

Overall, the trip was very good. The helicopter journey down into the canyon was fantastic, as was the boat ride. It was a shame that time at the West Rim afterward was so limited, but we still managed to go onto the Skywalk - fantastic! It should be made clear, however, that it's not Las Vegas McCarran that these flights depart from, and travellers should be prepared for a bus ride first.

The scenic plane ride to the Grand Canyon was absolutely terrific thanks to our wonderful pilot. The view of many landmarks including the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead was worth the trip. The half hour delay at the airport prior to takeoff due to a power failure and 45 minute wait for the helicopter ride down into the canyon severely limited our time to see all of the things at the West Rim. We were not able to view Eagle Point and the Indian Village. The trail from the helicopter pad at the base of the canyon to the scenic river ride was quite rough with loose rocks, making it difficult to navigate. The scenic boat ride was enjoyable with a captain that was entertaining and informative. Lunch at Guano Point was good and the view was wonderful. Overall, this tour was fabulous in terms of landscape, but it has a few problems that could be solved.

Overall, the trip was great. It is a great way of seeing the Canyon. However, the pick up from the hotel was not good: the driver didn't come into the lobby to look for us and he was not driving the vehicle we were told to look out for. Also, the wait for the helicopter was over an hour, which meant the canyon viewing & lunch was very rushed. While the organization was lacking, the overall experience was an experience not to be missed.

It was the highlight of our seven-week vacation in that it is something we won't be likely to experience again. The flight with the scenery and the helicopter descent to the river was unforgettable. Also, we were well looked after.

The trip was good and worth doing - to make it even better plan a stop at the viewing platform - there is time. Lunch was not very good.

Awesome, but wish we could have spent more time at the canyon.

It was very well organised, absolutely fantastic really. The only issue I have was we had to get up really early to get the shuttle bus, and then spent 30 minutes waiting at the office before being taken out to the airfield. If you get that sorted, you have a fantastic package. Well worth it, and so glad to have done the trip. Thanks.

I felt that we needed a little more time there. Lunch and browsing was a bit hurried. An extra half hour would have made all the difference.

Plane trip was fantastic!!!!! Never forget it. However helicopter ride was a waste of time as was the boat trip. Both were far too short and not worth the money. We also did the skywalk. Skywalk not worth the money either. Crowded with professional photographers. Totally spoiled the experience. Took bus out to the rim. Time spent at the edge of the Grand Canyon was absolutely awesome. Far better than helicopter and boat trip. Saw far more.

We spent a lot of time waiting on the rest of our party that did not listen to the directions from the pilot. We waited for 2 hours in the terminal before returning to Vegas. Not enjoyable in 110 degrees! It was not the fault of the pilot. He did a fine job. I definitely recommend the helicopter and the Skywalk. The boat portion was not worth the money.

The plane was very bumpy which made me and my friend a bit dizzy, but it really saved us lots of time. We were back in Las Vegas at around 130pm. The whole trip was well-planned but very rushed, we had less than an hour of free time, we went to the Skywalk and ended up no time for lunch.

There were a lot of problems with this tour. It states seven and a half hours, but that is approximate and they count pick up and drop off at your hotel in that time. We were picked up at 9:15 for a 10:30 a.m. tour. We sat around their office for forty five minutes before moving out to the airstrip. We didn't take off from the airstrip until 11:15 a.m. and didn't get our helicopter and lunch ticket until 12:20. We had to have lunch, which was two bus stops away, and be back for our helicopter time at 1:00 p.m. We tried, but as soon as we arrived at the lunch spot, we had to turn around and come back. The helicopter kept us waiting for twenty minutes and by the time we got back from the bottom of the canyon, there was still not enough time to get some lunch before flying back at 3:00 p.m. We never got to see the canyon from the top. Everything was too rushed and we didn't get what we paid for. The view was nice, but certainly not worth the money.

The tour was great and the guides can't wait to help take memorable photos for you, but the bus driver was rude.
