The experience was wonderful. We had a great pilot. There are no words to describe how you feel when standing on the Skywalk!! The only downer was I did not get my free photo there, which I was supposed to receive.

Excellent trip. Should definitely do it. We ended up going twice on the same day as on the first trip the plane couldn't land due to ice on the runway. We went during off season, so the Skywalk was empty. Cameras are not allowed but they take photos which are available to buy starting at 35 for 1 or 4 printed photos and all your photos on a USB device for 100. If you plan to buy the photos, make sure you take several photos which would then work out cheap.

You have to visit the Grand Canyon to appreciate its beauty and splendour. Pictures can't do it justice. Viator made this a simple, easy experience.

This was our first time at the Grand Canyon. What a day. We couldn't fault the superb service that Viator and others provided. We were picked up on time and got everything if not more than what Viator promised to provide. Thank you very much for a magical day.

We were picked up at the hotel at 11:15am and had to wait until 1:30pm to go to the airport. It was a long wait for the tour to start.
