The trip was great. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. The helicopter side was awesome. The only downside was the boat ride. It was a nonevent.

We did enjoy the trip, but we would have liked a bit more of a look at the Hoover Dam; we really just drove past it. We thought the guide was good fun, and we loved the helicopter ride.

The guide that picked us up from the hotel and drove us out to the canyon was great. The person manning the boat portion of the tour had a very thick accent, so we missed out on a lot of the good information he was trying to tell us. The Helicopter ride was great, and the sky bridge was amazing! Too bad they don't let you take your camera out on it, they make you purchase one of the pictures that they take of you if you want one at all. It cost something like twenty dollars.

It was quite different to do a tour in a jeep. The guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and entertaining. It was definitely worth every penny.

Our guide was very nice and friendly. He made the ride fun by answering questions and giving us facts and historical information. The helicopter ride was awesome! The pontoon boat captain was very nice and informative also. The view was spectacular. The only thing lacking was the food provided, but it wasn't that bad. I would recommend this trip to anyone!

The helicopter into the Grand Canyon and pontoon down the Colorado River were great. The only drawback was the traffic congestion at Hoover Dam.

Most of the day was spent in the SUV and only 3 hours in total was spent at the Canyon. The small amount of time we had at the canyon was really rushed. We got on the helicopter after waiting a short while then went down into the canyon. The boat ride was a maximum of 15 minutes and you didn't travel any further than what you could see anyway. It was then rush back onto the helicopter and get onto a coach to head towards the Skywalk and Guano point. We were told that if we stopped off at the Skywalk there wouldn't be time to go to Guano point. The views were spectacular at Guano point but the so called BBQ was no such thing! It was slop on a plate or boiled chicken with a small piece of corn on the cob and macaroni cheese for vegetarians, not very impressive and barely warm! School dinners were better. We spent a maximum of 40 minutes at Guano this included eating time. On the way to the canyon we went over the Hoover damn and past Lake mead but had no photograph opportunities, we were told it would be done on the way back but we only stopped briefly because someone asked and we only got to see one side of the dam and we only saw the lake from a distance because I asked for a toilet break. The grand canyon is impressive but I don't think this was worth the money!

No problem with the tour but it was so rainy and foggy that we saw nothing.

Don't be fooled - the luxury SUV has nothing to do with luxury. If you think economy class airplane seats have little legroom, imagine travelling for 2.5 hours each way with absolutely no legroom. I'm a small person, and I couldn't even fit my feet on the floor. It was either sit sideways or remove your shoes and squeeze your toes under the seat in front. The company should not be using third row seats for this kind of trip. This discomfort spoiled an otherwise fine trip to the Grand Canyon.

We thought that the experience was rushed. We were unable to go onto the Hoover Dam to get a good view. Another package was sold to us for this! We also thought the trip on the river was poor; it was just three hundred meters one way, just to turn around and come back with a poor English speaker as a guide. A better explanation of what you actually get for your money would have solved this. Our driver, however, was very good.
