The trip was excellent, had a birds eye view of the Grand Canyon, Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. Was a little noisy but that was to be expected on a small plane and it was quite a smooth ride with the exception of a little air pockets. The commentary was very informative. Excellent trip!
Again 10 out of 10 Viator. Everything went smoothly, very helpfull staff and the Grand Canyon was truly amazing. We booked all out tours through Viator, from LA to San Francisco to New York and Las Vegas and Viator never let us down. Well Done
this tour was worth every penny...from the shuttle pick-up to the airfield, to the flight tour itself, it was GREAT!!
!!!!!!!!! F A B U L O U S !!!!! We loved every second of it and the value for the price was phenomenal. Highly recommended
The trip was very well organised and we saw everything we wanted to see in a short space of time. This trip is perfect if you are only in vegas for a few days!
I saw such breathtaking sights of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam but only wish there hadn't been so much air turbulence.
Having already seen the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon on a previous trip from the ground this made for a excellent change, the flight was a bit bumpy so not good for those who don't like that, however flight time is only 60 minutes approx and the views are worthwhile.
It was a clear, but very windy day - glad I brought the Gravol! Very professional staff, liked the headset commentary and the fact that all but the person in the centre of the back row had window seats. The perfect way to experience the Grand Canyon in a short amount of time!
Really didn't see the true grand canyon. Plane was very scary and pilots seemed a bit uninterested in the whole trip. Having said that I am glad we did it but if you want see the spectacular grand canyon then pay more and go further in.
The tour itself was ok. The views from the top are fantastic!!!! We were picked up on time, with very friendly staff. During the check in process, we were greeted by great staff as well. The downfall began when we got onto the aircraft. I felt the pilot and co pilot should have introduced themselves. The only thing they told us was, if we get nauseated that there were bags in the seats and for us to look out the window. We were advised to place headsets on to the wrong station and then took off. I would have liked a narration. During the ride the pilot, talked with his hands with the co pilot the whole time. I was seated in the front and was very uncomfortable. The ride was very bumpy and we hit lots of air pockets. After we arrived back at the airport, we were not able to take any photos. We were just ushered off. I would have liked to get a few photos. Also it states we could get a DVD, yet heard nothing about hit. Overall, it was ok.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The ladies at the airport counter were rude, un-professional and simply lied to a group of 12. We took the tour Memorial Day 2011 and everything seeed to be going well until we were scheduled to depart. 10 of the 12 passengers demanded a refund after 1.5 hour delay a because the ladies at the terminal never announced there would be a delay and when asked about why we were not departing the lady lied and made up a story which changed several times. She was rude and actually jeered at the passengers. An 1.5 delay on a scheduled tour without any explanation and add in rude personnel (to all the passengers)......was a waste of time
