It was a clear, but very windy day - glad I brought the Gravol! Very professional staff, liked the headset commentary and the fact that all but the person in the centre of the back row had window seats. The perfect way to experience the Grand Canyon in a short amount of time!

My pick-up for the trip was booked for 2.30 pm, I was there early and so was the minibus. The driver informed me, she was glad I was early as she had an unexpected pick-up to add at the airport and office staff were urging her to go ahead without me???? Following the airport pick-up we returned to the Strip for 3 further pick-ups and then arrived at the airfield. The bus was air conditioned and the driver informative - but you can expect up to 2 hours of driving around. At the airfield, weight and seat assignment is given and ID is checked twice. The actual flight was delayed by 20 min, but when we finally got on, it was a faultless trip, with recorded commentary and unimpeded view out of one window. Gratuities are not mentioned and like everything else in Vegas, I thought were expected, but my offer was refused which was a little embarrassing by the pilots, but not the bus driver. Overall, it is worth the inconviences to see the Canyon and the flight staff were professional.

Really didn't see the true grand canyon. Plane was very scary and pilots seemed a bit uninterested in the whole trip. Having said that I am glad we did it but if you want see the spectacular grand canyon then pay more and go further in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The ladies at the airport counter were rude, un-professional and simply lied to a group of 12. We took the tour Memorial Day 2011 and everything seeed to be going well until we were scheduled to depart. 10 of the 12 passengers demanded a refund after 1.5 hour delay a because the ladies at the terminal never announced there would be a delay and when asked about why we were not departing the lady lied and made up a story which changed several times. She was rude and actually jeered at the passengers. An 1.5 delay on a scheduled tour without any explanation and add in rude personnel (to all the passengers)......was a waste of time
