The tour was excellent, we were able to see the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, and other sites. The pilot was wonderful and even the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport was great - he provided all types of history on Las Vegas and the various sites.

The music during the flight needs updating. For an 80 minute flight, the music has a significant role during the many times when there is no narraration of the sights below.

I booked a helicopter tour. I printed off a voucher for a helicopter tour. The tour operator received payment from Viator for an airplane ride only. We did not take a helicopter tour, so our experience was not what we expected!

The aircraft had no A/C, and the vents were not working. The plane became too hot, the outside temperature was over 107 degrees, and the inside of the plane was as hot. We were in the plane for 90 minutes.

The plane is a regular twin-engine Cessna, without sightseeing windows, etc. I had the seat directly in back of the pilot and had to scooch up to take pictures. If you're looking to take pictures, the ride is very bumpy and I found it difficult to get a steady shot. You are much better off in a helicopter. I've done both, so I know. And no matter which you take, you do not pick your seats. The aircraft must be balanced by weight, so you take your chances on getting the optimal seat.
