We thought the helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon was breathtaking! It was well worth doing for anyone considering this option. These are the people to do it with!!

The helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon was spectacular and something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

My family and I were impressed with the professionalism of the whole experience. And our pilot made the trip even more exciting and memorable.

Between our arrival at the airport and the takeoff of the helicopter, we waited 45 minutes. The flight was great!

Very good to be collected at the hotel. We were not on the strip. Trip commentary could have been better.

All in all, the trip was well worth it. The view from the helicopter is just mesmorizing. Apart from the copter being very crammed with 6 passengers, the trip was an all-out success. Was a little disappointed when the return flight did not go back into the Grand Canyon Also, for others planning this trip, remember the copter does not go all the way down to the depths of the Colorado River, but floats inside the Grand Canyon, I'd say a good 100 yards in the depths.

The flight was beautiful, but the helicopter was so rocky we were all sick on the way back. Also when I booked the flight the lady said they had recordings in French and when we arrived they had no such tapes so my friend could not understand a word they were saying.

Great trip. Watch for fuel surcharges. Website advertisement stated that fuel surcharges were included in total price but was charged 12 in additional fuel surcharges.
Reviewed by: Stan C, United States, April 2008 Note from Viator: We are sorry for the misunderstanding. As stated in the exclusions section on our product detail page a temporary fuel surcharge of USD$12.00 per person is not included in our pricing.
The helicopter flight was great trip but got the 'hard sell' for the DVD which was not worth the money.

This is a must-do trip when you're going to Vegas. It was well organised; it was a bit cramped in the helicopter, but it was worth a little discomfort for the views. The pilot was very informative but too pushy about a gratuity.

Advised that our whole family would not be travelling together for weight reasons. We fully understood this but would liked to have known beforehand. My daughter and sister were in a separate helicopter to the rest of us. We did the tour and were all taken to the ranch for breakfast etc. When it was time to leave my daughter and sister went but we were told there was a slight delay for us. At about 11.30am we were informed there was an AC problem and it would hopefully leave to pick us up at 12.45. This did get rather boring and I was concerned about my daughter and sister that had been separated from us. We were eventually picked up at about 1.30pm. It was a shame that this happed because it did spoil a nice trip.

The pickup van was 30 minutes late; then we waited for an hour at the airport. The pilot probably knew a lot, but he rarely spoke and was a bit smart-alecky about answering questions.

The helicopter trip was good. But there was a continuous strong draft from gaps around the door and roof making the trip a little uncomfortable.
