• Maximum capacity is 6 passengers per helicopter.
• Price quoted is for 6 passengers per helicopter, subject to weights provided (Bride and Groom and up to 2 guests plus a minister and photographer). Extra seats available with the purchase of an additional helicopter.
• Obtaining a marriage licence is the responsibility of the traveler.
• You may elect to write your own vows.
• Pricing include all fees, permits, taxes and shipping.
• A witness will be supplied, if needed, at no additional cost.
• Prior to your travel date, all passenger weights MUST be advised to the supplier. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call the supplier and advise them of this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
• Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 275lbs. will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
• Please Note: Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the supplier reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

What's Included?


Professional photos and video
Your professional photographer will create 100 to 200 candid and traditional posed photos. The photos will be downloaded on a DVD or CD for you to take with you before you leave to your hotel. By having a DVD or CD of your photo files this enables you to reprint as many photos as you like without paying a fee for the negatives. The wedding video of your ceremony will be down-loaded to a DVD to take with you on your wedding day. In addition, a streaming video will be available of your wedding for thirty days on a password protected website for friends and family to enjoy.


Flowers
A six rose, hand tied, bridal banquet in your choice of colors or wildflower banquet. Groom's boutonniere to match.


Cake and refreshments
An eight inch white wedding cake is provided plus a picnic lunch. Soft drinks and complementary champagne or sparkling cider toast.


Minister
You may request either a male or a female minister. Spanish speaking ministers available. Ministers can perform religious, civil or Catholic (non Roman Catholic) in either Spanish or English.
