A good-all-round tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. However, we could have saved money by taking all the details with us and booking directly, as we were in Vegas for seven days. I must say, the staff at Viator were most pleasant and helpful.

The tour was great, and the pilot was a cutie! The only negative was that the trip felt a little rushed. I would suggest adding another hour to it.

This day trip is definitely worth doing if you are in Las Vegas and only have one day to see the Grand Canyon. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We weren't sure we would do the Skywalk, but now I'm so glad that we did! I recommend the early morning departure: no crowds and cooler temperatures, and you'll be back to your hotel in time for an afternoon swim.

When I saw the plane that was taking us to the Grand Canyon, I was a little worried because it was so small, but the pilot was very knowledgeable and capable. Walking out over the Grand Canyon is just something you can't miss out on. I wasn't very impressed with the BBQ; when I hear BBQ I think burgers and that sort of thing. This was nothing like that. God help any vegetarians. Overall, it was a great experience.

The five of us who went on this trip had a great time. We had a really nice pilot and enjoyed the flight over and onto the western rim of the canyon. The time spent at the canyon could have been a bit longer, so that we would have had more time to enjoy the views looking down into the canyon, otherwise I would recommend this trip to anyone looking to see the west rim and the new skywalk.

Both myself and my husband loved the flight to the grand canyon and our pilot was fantastic but didn't think much of the west rim tour. When we arrived at the west rim airport, we went outside and there were 2 buses - one to take you to a ranch, which was the tackiest place I have ever been in my life! You could learn to lasso and do various other cowboy things. It would be a great thing for kids but we felt that with just over 2 hours in total to be at the canyon it was a waste of time. We then got the bus back to the airport and got on the other bus that brought us to 2 stops, the first being the Skywalk. If you aren't doing the Skywalk then there really isn't great views from this stop. The best stop was Guano Point I think that's the spelling, and at this stop you could get out onto to viewing point which gave great views of the canyon. If we were doing it again we would have gone for one of the trips that flew you into the canyon in a helicopter and then had a boat trip.

The tour was okay, but we were disappointed with the Skywalk. The tickets were a little pricey. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

Beautiful scenery, but it was a very scary flight, and I normally enjoy flying. The plane was thirty years old, and the flight was turbulent.

The way the trip is written in the advertisement makes you believe that you are going to fly in a helicopter from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Therefore I never booked the helicopter, when I asked to the person in charge of processing our reservations on the site what could I do to get the helicopter, he told me that there was no time to do it that we had to depart.

We were promised a high-winged airplane with extra large windows, and received a Cessna with low wings and very small port holes seating eight people, including the pilot. Views from the port-holes were very poor. We did not see the Hoover Dam because we were on the wrong side of the plane!
