Fantastic day out and great adventure. Would highly recommend this trip.
Excellent trip, driver to the rafting company was amazing, I did get a bit cold on the river as the water was freezing but other wise amazing trip!!
This was an awesome tour! Ron our guide from Las Vegas was the best guide we have ever had. The raft trip was exciting and the water was cold.
We had a fabulous time a must do before you die. The whole day was fun filled in fact the best tour I have ever been one with fab views and a great tour guide. Since coming back I have recommended your tour
This trip has got to be a must. Our holiday highlight. Hubby had a big birthday, I had emailed this to viator and the first thing the guide said to us was "happy birthday" amazing. I booked via internet in England and three months later we were doing it. Viator kept in touch with emails and everything went smoothly. Thank you Viator for being so brilliant.
Didn't think I would like it but I would do it all over again it was that good
This tour was fantastic. Well organised, friendly people. Amazing scenery and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it...
This was an incredible day! Our driver Ron was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to show us some extra sights on the way home. Van was a little crowded, but we all ended up on the same raft so we were old friends by the time we got to the River. Be prepared to get completely soaked! I called the tour operator ahead of time, and spoke to Kathy, who was really helpful listing all the things to bring-sunglasses with holders, hat with brim, sunscreen, quick dry clothes, water shoes (or shoes you don't mind getting wet and muddy), a pullover, etc. I highly recommend checking in with them before you tour, as a reminder of what you'll need. We stopped for breakfast, and then had a quick stop at the tour dispatch area on the reservation where we boarded different vans to drive down to the river. That's a fun, bumpy ride, and takes another hour. Our van drive was also a river guide, so she was full of knowledge! Our river guide, Ted, was helpful, and told us so much about the Canyon that we didn't know. Sights were just breathtaking! Lunch was a sandwich and chips, nothing special, but incredible in the amazing setting! The rapids were fun, and we got drenched:) Beautiful ride after lunch, and they provided plenty of water to ease some of the heat. It was over 100 degrees the day we went, and the cool water kept it comfortable, but be sure to take your sunblock in your pocket to be able to reapply often, since the sun is very strong. Helicopter ride is short and fun, and I see some people complained about that, but the point of the tour is the rafting, not the helicopter hop up to the bus. Overall, an exhausting, but completely fun day! JUST GO!
Great service from the moment we were picked up from the hotel . Great experience and a life long memory made
This was a wonderful day from pick up to drop off - our van driver was great - the tour service from the reservation was great and the rafting guide Cassius was outstanding. We had a group in the raft that loved to get wet and he was an expert guide on "riding" the rapids. The stops they made at the falls, lunch, and to swim were all beautiful places. We could not have been more impressed by the entire trip. To top it all off you have a short but beautiful tour of the Grand Canyon via helicopter ride to the top!! I would recommend to anyone who wants to see the beauty of the canyon along with the thrill of some great whitewater rafting.
Great guide, great fun, great scenery. Great way to see the Grand Canyon from the inside.
Awesome! Our River guide was Tyler, and he made the tour a memorable one. The water is cold but it balances out in the heat. Be prepare to get wet within 3 minutes of being on the raft!
This was a fantastic tour as many of the reviews have said before. After doing some research we have found this was the best way to tour the Colorado River. Ron was on time and waiting for us in a clean air conditioned passenger van. Ted, our Haulipai tour guide was excellent on the river. Must do.
This trip was absolutely amazing and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
A day not to be missed this was the highlight of our trip to Vegas. Be prepared to get wet, and take in some spectacular views. It was a wonderful experience and one I would certainly do again. Also be prepared for a long day but please don't be put off by this!!! The waterfall was amazing. As someone has said previously the heavier the boat the wetter you get! Ron our driver was excellent. Rapids ranging from 2 to 7 its a white knuckle ride so hold on. I took my waterproof camera and got some great shots but trying to hold on and hold the camera was somewhat difficult at times. If your ever in Vegas this trip is a must do!!!!!!!
Thank you to all for the amazing experience.
This was an amazing trip! The guides were great! They were were friendly and made this trip so much fun!! We hiked up to waterfalls! Stopped along the way for lunch and stopped to let people jump off cliff! The view was breathtaking! This is an awesome way to see the Grand Canyon!
The rafting trip was superb! Our boat driver (Juan) was great and gave us his best trip through the rapids and down the rest of the Colorado. I would love to do it again.
The very best day out, everyone was so helpful and nice.
Give it a go.
A tour not to be missed! Memories that will remain with me and my wife for years to come. Be prepared to get wet, smile, laugh and take in some amazing views.
It was a wonderful experience. The water is cold so be prepared. Dress in layers. The hike to the waterfall was amazing and our guide was great. The heavier the boat the wetter you get! Really a once in a lifetime experience. Our driver Ron was also very informative about where to go in Vegas. There really wasn't a bad part unless you count the port a potty at the helicopter. My advice is to hold it a little longer:)
Absolutely fabulous and amazing trip. Really enjoyed the local guides from the reservation taking us through their very special part on the canyon and learning more about the history and culture of their people. Can't wait to return. Oh, by the way if you think you will stay dry-forget it. Our entire group thought they could find a way to not get wet. You will get drenched! Take some dry clothes and probably the best gear to wear on the raft is some quick dry shorts, a sweater and a proof jacket that you can zip all the way up as the water will find a way in!.
