This was an amazing experience and our bus driver to the Grand Canyon was wonderful. I think without him it would have been just okay.

Just to say you had done Skywalk was lovely, but as you are not allowed your own cameras or bags, the photos they were taking were very expensive.

Thought that the whole trip was excellent, the only thing that could've been better was that we'd had more time to see everything. Maybe five hours instead of four.

Good tour, felt that there should have been more cover due to heat as people were feeling ill in the intense heat whilst waiting for the coach to to next viewing point.

Because it is a long drive and you have to wait in line for the skywalk and the shuttle buses to go on to the next point the visit is a bit short. But I loved every view of it.

This was a great trip. The ride over was actually pretty entertaining, so the two and a half hours on the bus wasn't a big deal, especially with the Hoover Dam photo op and video, though those who wanted to got plenty of rest. Keep in mind that you won't be going on the Hoover Dam tour or walkways with this tour, so you'll need to book another tour for that one. You'll be driving over and stopping at a scenic point. We were fortunate that we didn't have to switch buses at the West Canyon entrance; most do and may endure a less comfortable bus for the fourteen mile dirt road to the West Rim main terminal. The Skywalk was amazing, but I wish it was actually farther out or over the Colorado instead. Be sure to ask the friendly fellows guarding the edge of the canyon at Eagle Point to the right of the Skywalk to snap some photos for you past the rope that tourists can't go past. There are wonderful views, and you can basically get the shot that's on one of the posters they sell. We would definitely go on this again, but would probably add the helicopter and boat ride. Be forewarned that these add-ons can take quite a bit of time, so you will probably not see all the locations. Skip the Ranch, as others have said, as it offers no view of the canyon and very few cultural aspects.

The Grand Canyon was spectacular! They needed better organization at the office before boarding the buses. Also, they definitely need to improve on the so-called continental breakfast.

We were a little uneasy at first about taking a bus, thinking that it might take forever at stops with too many people to get on and off. It was pleasing to find that it was very comfortable, and the stop at the Hover Dam was the perfect amount of time, and everyone got right back on the bus. The driver was friendly and a bit of a comedian at times. He was great about telling us when there were interesting things coming up on the ride. The 14 mile "bumpy dirt road" everyone was talking about wasn't as bad as we expected. Upon getting to the canyon, we were given our meal and shuttle bus tickets. We became worried after leaving the bus when we realized the driver had neglected to tell anyone the time to be back!!! Luckily, we remembered what one of the employees had told us earlier in the day and did the math on our time if we took the alloted three and a half hours. The Grand Canyon was more fantastic than words can describe and the Skywalk was a blast! It was really nice to go to the West Rim, which had no rails and made for a more natural experience. The food at Guano Point was pretty tasty and all you can eat. After such a surreal experience we were beat and ready to get home on schedule. We made it back to the bus easily with more than enough time to spare. To our dismay, several passengers were late. OVER AN HOUR passed before those two people got to the bus. It was very frustrating that we had to be put so far behind schedule.
