The trip was fantastic; however, I had trouble getting there. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told that I would be picked up by a bus with a Grand Canyon sign at 5:50 a.m. There was a bus with a sign there at 5:50, and I showed my paperwork to the driver, who said that the paperwork would be taken care of when we got there. I ended up at the Boulder airport. The company did get me back to the right place to meet my bus. It was more difficult because I didn't know what company was running the trip. The saving grace was the contact numbers on my confirmation slip.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our bus driver was awesome. The breakfast wasn't much to speak of, but otherwise it was great.

Overall, the trip was great and worth it. The bus driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The only improvement I would suggest would be more time at the canyon. We had several options and were not able to use them all. We went on the Skywalk at Eagle Point, then ate at Guano Point and looked at the vista, and it was time to go. We had a free wagon ride at the ranch but didn't have time to take it.

I really enjoyed the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam; however, I would not return to the Indian village, which I thought was a waste of time. The Skywalk was absolutely amazing - a bit scary, but amazing to see.

It was a great experience and I would recommend the 30 minute hummer trip for a real thrill ride.

The skywalk was amazing. You could improve on the continental breakfast and could have used another hour or so for the trip since we decided last minute to take the helicopter and boat tour and that put us on a very tight time schedule.

A one day trip from Vegas to the Grand Canyon gives you a good look at the site. The skywalk let me look down without any fear even though I normally have fear of heights. For a closer look you need more time, probably days for hiking, but this trip was well worth it and spot on for me and my family.

The trip was phenomenal. The coach was very comfortable and the skywalk was definitely worth it.

The trip was well organised and we had good tour guides. However the agency handling reshuffled us from one bus to another which initially was bugging but realised the need once we moved on.

Hotel pickup was timely. Nice, clean, air conditioned bus. Staff was friendly. Took us to the tour operator. Check in was informative. Light snacks provided. Nice, clean, air conditioned bus for trip. Stopped at Hoover Dam. Driver was informative during travel as to what we would be seeing. Grand Canyon was amazing. Skywalk worth the trip. Buffet was very good. I would highly recommend this trip.

I thought the Grand Canyon was great the trip was good but stop was awesome the only complaint was that the trip was overbooked and we had so many different hotels on our bus the return took way longer than it should have. The bus was great except that there was no toilet paper in the washroom on out bound trip and that should have be checked. Our driver was outstanding and so was our pickup driver in the am. I felt that we should have gone back to the central location and then did feeders out to our hotel as it took a good hour plus to drop off all of the passengers.

A great trip. I would recommend it to anyone, except perhaps young children, unless you plan on holding them closely while during your walk around the canyon rim, which has no railings as the itinerary points out. Our bus driver and tour guide was great and relayed lots of interesting information. The only thing I didn't like was the cold lunch.

You should let people know in advance that photography is NOT allowed on the skywalk. If I knew I wouldn't have taken this trip.

It was ok. A little bit disappointed with the food/included lunch at the Grand Canyon. Also a bit miffed about the fact that gratuity was not included in the price of the trip. Felt a bit pressured at the end when the driver demanded a tip. We paid quite a lot of money for the trip itself and shouldn't have to be paying the driver on top of that for just doing what he is supposed to get paid for anyway.

Well organised, everything on ran time, although a very long hot day. Grand Canyon was amazing but the skywalk a big let down. If I did it again I would leave out the skywalk and do a helicopter tour instead. The Hualapai ranch was fun, and the food included in the day was good there, an added bonus of restaurant being indoors so you could escape the heat for a moment. Very good if you only have a short time to see the Grand Canyon.
