The title has it all, what a Hoot . Our guide was Trevor and he was amazing, not only entertaining, funny, but had facts and figures spilling out quicker than we could take it all in. This is the way to go, with so much fun the bus trip didnt seem a drag, definitely the way to see the dam.
Great trip. Comedian excellent and very knowledgeable about the Hoover dam which was just amazing. Well worth the price paid. A trip we will never forget.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to the Hoover Dam. We had a male guide called Jason who was excellent very knowledgeable on all aspects of the history of the Dam. I would highly recommend this tour.
The tour was great. Trevor kept everyone entertained and has a large collection of facts about the Hoover Dam and the new Memorial bridge.
I can't remember the bus driver's name, but he and Trevor were made to be together on these trips. Both have wonderful personalities.
Hoover Dam is definitely an engineering feat and worth seeing a number of times.
My family all had a great time hearings and seeing all about the Hoover Dam, if you like history this is wonderful tour for you. Jason was very informative making the drive worth while and Alan got us safely to each destination!
We cannot imagine touring the Hoover Dam any other way! It was so much fun and we learned so much. Trevor was brilliant! We never knew there are so many facinating aspects that went into the planning, construction and dynamics of the workers, many who dedicated their lives to the project. It was an added bonus to visit the museum at the Boulder Hotel and the Ethel M. Chocolate factory! Lunch was delicious and we were able to relax a bit. Trevor also knew so much about Vegas history and had knowledge about all of the hotels, restaurants and performers. I've already recommended it to many friends. If you're going on a Dam tour make sure it is this one! You won't be bored!!
Victor did a great job! Everything went without a hitch. We were to be at the north door of our hotel at 7:30 am on the prescribed day. Our tour guide arrived at the north door at 7:30. Just like it was supposed to. We stopped at the other hotels, picked up our people and off we go. Just like it was supposed to be.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, not just about the Dam but with the area, and the history. We found him to be both interesting and funny. Quite enjoyable. He was there if we needed something and made sure that everyone knew what they were to do and when to be where. We really had a good time and it's so much more worth it by being "guided" than to try and do it on your own. I would highly recommend the tour. It was fun, and THAT'S what it's all about.
There were 6 of us and only 2 others on the trip so it was a great personal tour of the dam. Jason was our guide and he did a great job. I was not that interested in going on the trip but Jason made it fun and interesting and I'm glad I went. I highly recommend seeing the dam this way. We walked passed a large group of guests that were on a bus tour and they looked bored to tears.
This was one of the best Hoover Dam Tours we have taken. Jason was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We will definitely ask for Jason and Allen for on future tours we book.
From the moment we met Jason until the time we were dropped back off we had an incredible experience. Jason was hilarious, had us all in stitches quite often, was very personable and also put a personal touch on the whole experience. He gave us a lot of information on our way there and also about what to do around town. The lunch was great too. All in all, it was much more than I expected. If you are looking for an incredible experience with the extras, I would say for the Hoot and Hoover Dam Tour "Pick Me, Pick Me", you will not be disappointed.
Everything about this tour was great. Jason and Tom were pleasant and made the day very pleasant. Lunch at the Southwest Diner in Boulder City was excellent. Highly recommend the tour!
The tour guide was exceptional. He was funny and brilliantly presented a lot of information in a way that was easy to digest.
The tour was really great. Jason and Allen were great tour guides, plenty facts and information plus it was very light hearted. The little Café in Boulder City was very good and the chocolate factory yielded cotton candy flavored M and M's. Great tour for everyone, had wife and 2 kids with me, all enjoyed. Jason and Allen were the key.
